Popped in this evening for dinner, the restaurant was slow as it was a bit later we waited for ages before even being greeted... then the service was terrible our server had maybe 1 other table and didn't check in once to see if we needed anything. When ourfood and drinks arrived the glasses were filthy looking and the food was absolutely awful. We've eaten here many times as thereisn't many options in town and it has progressively gotten worse each time, definitely will not be going back. Read more
Worst service, place was literally empty with three to four servers on duty ..but no service; no dishes, no cutlery .. ordered... pizza $27... tasted like McCains frozen .. cheese was hard and crispy on top and unmelted inside. Sat down in the lounge for dinner, and was walked past multiple times. Tried to flag down a server, and noticed only the... bartender was on. Sat patiently while raising a hand multiple times as she walked past our table over and over. Manager finallycame to our table, not to help, but to tell us "there is only the one server in the lounge, so you can move to the restaurant,but it's unlikely you will get any service here." We weren't given a chance to acknowledge that the bartender had been hung outto dry by her manager's poor scheduling ability, and his poor manor, and his inability to help her serve even a single table. Weleft without ordering. It was not the first negative encounter with the manager, which is unfortunate, because the staff isgenuinely helpful and courteous. Read more
Stopped for some gas nearby this Boston Pizza on my way into Vancouver and decided to have dinner here. Big mistake. When my... party of 3 went in, we were told the food would come out a bit slow(30 mins), which we were okay with. Our server didn’t comeback to our table for about 15 minutes after our initial glasses of water. I had to wave down a different worker to place ourorders. This worker completely messed up my order. I ordered a vegetarian option of pasta which included vegetarian cheeses andgot served a completely different non-vegetarian pasta containing non-vegetarian cheese. Did not notice until about a quarterthrough. I am lactose intolerant, so I am only able to eat cheeses that are low in lactose. Needless to say I had a bad case ofdiarrhea after this meal. In addition, my friend’s side of salad, which was part of his combo, did not arrive initially withour food. He asked for it again but did not receive it until we reminded the server again when she asked us if we wanted thebill. By that time we were finished eating and he took it in a to go box. Just overall an unpleasant experience. The workersweren’t rude, just incompetent in my opinion. The screwups and lack of service brought this rating down from 3 stars to 1star. Read more
Quick service but order was not correct as one of the toppings that we requested was missing. Nice that they have a dairy free... cheese option. Price was okay as the second pizza was half off otherwise it would have been over $60 for two mediums!! Prettytasty although the crust was better the second day after re-warming in the oven. Brought Dad here for lunch today when passing through from Kamloops. Very clean from the parking lot, to the dining area to the... bathroom. Food was fresh, hot and tasted great. Very friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely be back. Nice Celticjersey on the wall. Too bad about the Rangers jersey;) Read more
We ordered our large pizza 4:50 PM. We were told it would take 1 hour to deliver it to our house in town (Parker Dr.). The... delivery driver showed up at 7:20 PM. We phoned twice to find out what was taking so long & we were told that the driver had carproblems, then we were told the hand held device broke down & the driver had to return to the store. We asked the driver whatcaused the delay & that was not at all the cause. We got the mgr. on the phone & she gave us a song & dance about what causedthe delay which we informed her it really didn’t matter to me. We asked for a discount & after a lot of haggling she offeredus a 15% discount. To add insult to injury, the pizza was cold & tasted (litterly) like it had sat over night on the counter.The crust was not edible. Terrible pizza, the worst we have ever tried to eat. Couldn’t eat it at all!!! Had we not waited solong I would have sent it back. After opening it & attempted to eat it, I wish we would have sent it back. Read more
