The sensor for the drive-thru speaker didn't trigger even though we kept inching ahead, so we sat there for 15 minutes with cars... behind us, thinking they were busy inside. The staff were not at all apologetic about it and then when we got our food, thechicken wasn't battered properly and had massive bare spots, as seen in the photo. The lettuce was not exactly fresh either.They didn't give me a receipt so I tried using the Contact Us feature on the website and nobody ever replied. Read more

Big shout out to the 3 people working this location on the evening of Sept 23. We were the paramedics from Vancouver on the long... distance transfer to Merritt. We arrived right at closing and y'all were so nice and helped us get some amazing food! We verymuch appreciated it and have been telling all our co-workers about it. This is the best Mary Browns location! The Burgers Are loaded and the chicken is cooked and spiced to perfection. We stop here... always on our travels and has never disappointed us yet. Not sure about some of the negative comments but it has always beenspotless when we are here and the staff very friendly. Keep up the good work! We will be back! Read more

Shorted a piece of chicken from our 18 piece meal. Plus, the wing was split into 2 pieces and counted as 2. Then when I... questioned she was completely rude and defiant. Terrible customer service. We never complain but they also had not given ushalf hot and half regular, as requested. No compensation offered? just a hard time was given to us. Read more

Rude staff member who I think was the manager because he was also speaking to his coworkers poorly by raising his voice and... being passive aggressive. The two of us guests remained patient after several other customers who ordered after us receivedtheir food first. We thought maybe their food was just faster to make. When I asked the manager about this, he was impolite,until he realized they made a mistake. We found out they forgot our order. We waited over half an hour. When we received ourfood, the food quality was not good. We ordered a burrito, fries, and a burger and it was very poorly made with burger sauce allover the patty and the burrito falling apart.
