4:45pm I went through the drive thru, tried to order a spicy chicken wrap with fry wedges and a med vanilla cold brew. I was... told they no longer sell the ?cold drinks? and they only have hot drinks here. I was disappointed, but I ordered a coffee. Askedto order a dip with my wedges but was told they don?t carry dip ? I thought that was weird but anyway, I went to pay at thewindow, and told only after paying that they didn?t have fry wedges. Really upset, but I got a refund for it. The guy at thewindow was totally confused what my drink was and kept asking other staff what to give me while holding my hot coffee. When Ifinally got my order, I tasted my coffee and it was just cream and hot water, no coffee. Or at least really watered down coffee.My wrap barely had any sauce. I?m not sure what training was provided at this location but I was not impressed and I was in ahurry to get to a meeting so I didn?t stop back to get this fixed. I live in Osoyoos so Merritt is too far for a normal drivefor me, but I would like to see that this is rectified by a credit, otherwise next time I?m down there for a meeting I will notchoose this franchise. Waited in line 35 minutes for a sandwich and coffee, staff was outside weed wacking same time chewing rocks at my car! Worst... service ever! My wrap had one piece of bacon and sandwich was just tossed together! My 6 yr old could have done a better job notto mention my coffee was Luke warm!!! Read more
Bought donuts after long time at Merritt location Aug 23/22. All the donuts probably 3days old????????yuk. Taste not the same as... before. It?s sad. Read more
cashier messed up the order. Before reviving our food we told the cashier that that they added the wrong sandwich. Wanted egg... and cheese but he put in a bacon sandwich. Asked to have the bacon removed. Cashier blamed us for giving the wrong order. Theywouldn?t take the bacon out or give a refund so we could order again. Could have been a easy simple fix but they were tostubborn. Worst location I?ve been to many different locations around BC. Would recommend a different location. Read more
This location is the worst service I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. We waited more then 20 in the drive thru for a steeped tea... only to make it to the window to be ignored while they chatted to one another. My wife called politely in to them to get theirattention, moments later the employee walked over didn't say a word to us and slammed the window close after another 30 secondswe gave up and left. Literally the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. I?m sitting in line as we speak and it?s been 10 minutes, my wrap is probably... gonna be thrown together as always. Something?s gotta change. UPDATE: this is the second time they gave me real sausage insteadof the harvest sausage, went inside to ask for what I paid for and the lineup was insane with just one lady running back andforth. If this happened to a vegan then it would have been a way bigger deal. Didn?t even get what I asked for. Read more
We always stop at this timmies on our road trips. We stopped in at 11:30am on a Monday, we waited in-line, 2 cashiers were... open, we stepped up when our turn arrived and the supervisor, he had a badge, working that till, decided he was going to ignoreus and walk away from the till. We waited and watched others that were behind us get served and left. I have to ask if that tillwas open and the assistant supervisor served us. We had to wait for our drinks and ALL of them was luke warm. That's 2 teas and1 coffee. Worst service and this time even worst food. We will have to find a different stop next road trip. Read more
Me & my cousins ordered at this location. We ordered bagel with butter, chili & drinks. When we got our order, I took out my... bagel from the bag and butter start dripping on my jean (luckily, I had another pair of Jean) and on the table shown in thepicture. Bagel was terrible & no bun was provided with the chili. I took my bagel back to the order maker and said can youchange my bagel. She made my bagel with an attitude. No customer service.
