I am a checkers rewards member and frequent this checkers location as it's just a couple blocks from my house, but after tonight... I don't think I'll be coming back for some time unless things change. I placed an order ahead order on my checkers app for justa few things which were 2 checkers burgers with cheese and 6 Monsterella sticks. I placed my order @ 10:40pm to which it said itwould be ready at 10:43pm. I drive to the restaurant and pull thru the regular drive thru since on my order confirmation it saysthat I can go thru either drive thru to pick my order up and I didn't have a passenger in my car to use the other side. I toldthe guy with long brown hair in a pony tail with NO Hairnet on his head that I had an order ahead order and he proceeds to tellme rudely that I need to go to the other side in order to pick up my food. I told him I didn't have a passenger in my car and Icouldn't reach at the other side, but I went thru the other side anyway. It is now 10:43pm and another vehicle rushed in frontof me and immediately shut their engine off when reaching the window. I sat behind this other vehicle for 20 minutes while I see6 new vehicles enter the other drive thru and leave with their orders. I finally decided to back out of the order ahead pick upside and park my car to walk up and find out what's going on since I'm only waiting on 3 things. The same guy who told me I"had" to go to the other side to get my food came to the window and got rude with me again and closed the window while I wastalking and walked away. Another 6 minutes later a girl opens the pick up window and says in a nasty tone that here's your orderlady! I get home and I have nasty mushy checker burgers with no cheese and my Monsterella sticks are ice cold. I've never had anexperience like this at this location, but it's enough to make me go elsewhere to avoid the bad food and even worse customerservice I just received! Read more
Been here a couple of times and each time the staff has been extremely friendly. Which is such a pleasant surprise for a fast... food restaurant. Not a big beef eater so I can only comment on chicken...the seasoning is out of this word. Chicken is alwayshot and freshly cooked. Read more
Fast food quality seems to be over rated. I barely frequent fast food places because I am always disappointed when I try it. Fry... seasoned chicken tenders were small pieces and not that tasty. Read more
I ordered the 2 checker burgers for 4$ with no mayo and extra pickles got a cold chicken sandwich and a cold burger both with... mayo and no extra pickles. I ended up having to throw it away,I wish I could say this was an isolated incident. I will NOT beinggoing back to this checkers again. Which is sad because I like checkers BUT not this one. Super rude lady with a different colored shirt on than the other staff. Assuming a manager ? Refused to give us sauce that she... didn?t place in the bag. Argued about across the room instead of simply giving us the sauce. Apparently marinara is good here.Burger was cold -_- Read more
