Place was clean. My two sides were cold. Not like warm or not hot I mean actually cold. The salmon was good. Wife got the ribs... which were fatty and the meat was tough. Oh yeah we had to ask for our drinks after receiving our appetizers because we stillhad not gotten them. Graduation night celebration: We had a small party of celebrators. We all ordered something different. The service was great... ???????? The food was not up to my expectations that night- it wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, and it was a terribly busy nightfor the restaurant with large groups of Graduation parties coming and going... but the look and flavors were mixed. My husbandordered a pick-2 combo of ribs and chicken tenders that came with fries and street corn. He said the ribs were tough and thechicken was chewy. I ordered a pick-2 combo with brisket quesadillas and chicken tenders, but my quesadillas barely had meat. Mystreet corn was ok, it didn't have much flavor/seasonings. The fries are always phenomenal. My daughter enjoyed her burger mealwith no issues. My son couldn't enjoy his chicken tender meal because the seasonings were too hot. His buddy couldn't enjoy hiseither because of the same problem. We all had the same chicken tender flavors, but with different feelings about them. Everyonetook their food home except my daughter. Been going here at least twice a month and they have been going down hill. Most of the staff ignoring us or on phones, poor... customer service, had to get napkins, also keep getting drinks wrong and Flys all around our table. Food burnt and dry eventhough I asked for it to be pink on the inside of it it still was well done thentold theydon'tmakeitlike that. Plus the mod keptasking what do you want me to do over and over like a broken record. What the heck is wrong with them. Read more
