I've ordered a lot of pizza in my time .this was by far the worst pizza I've ever received. The garlic bread was all black... charred. The pizza was charred and black, dry !! She tried to tell me it's the seasoning which I've ordered many times fromhungry Howie's it was dry and burnt and then I called the shift manager and she told me the only thing she could do is if Ibrought the pizza to her she could remake it And then the delivery was through a 3rd party which I was charged .I was chargeddoordash Instead of an ordinary delivery driver . It went from $19.99 to 33.00 after a tip So I was told none of this up frontand was very misleading who did I tip doordash or hungry Howie's??? very disappointed in the pizza ended up throwing it awaythat's how bad dry, burnt and black .. And the lady on the phone who says she's a shift manager absolutely rude from the momentordered the pizza she kept repeating do you wanna leave a tip .do you wanna leave a tip .well who did I tip that's what I wannaknow. this was my first time ordering and the lady tonight on the phone spoke very rude to me on the phone. They need new employees... because i?ve never been so rudely disrespected. I placed the order online but called to express my concerns about how I receivedmy order. I ordered thin crust normally cooked with light cheese. There is not cheese and the pizza is hard as rocks. Noticedthis was not handled with care. The cookie cake was also burnt which there is no excuse for also. Overall this place is awful.They have awful employees who can?t communicate when they know they?ve made a mistake. It was not like she will gain or loosefrom the order we paid for. This was a go to pizza place when I was a teenager. Hadn't had pizza from here in years until my son asked for it. We ordered... three pizzas, two normal crust and one thin crust. The thin crust was nice but a bit burnt. The flavoring on the crusts wasgreat and not too over powering. Definitely willing to try again. Read more

Ordered a promotion for 2 pizzas, Howie bread, and a 2 liter in the app, got there and was told they don?t include howie bread.... I showed them my order on the app, and they just said ?well we don?t do that.? I showed them that I was charged for thepromotion, which included that, and they refused to honor it, just insisting that they don?t do promotions. Even though I paidthrough the app and they had everything needed to honor it. After I asked for a refund, they said they would refund me for thehowie bread, yet there?s no refund to my account and it?s been a week. So I overpaid when it would have been cheaper to just getthe items without the promotion, and they were extremely rude, and had no intentions of doing anything to fix the situation. Read more
