First time at Pacific Rim. Absolutely excellent sushi. I tried the 5 piece appitizer which was cut into 10 pieces.ans was... amazing. My wife had the soft shell crab appitizer, also very good. We had some spring rolls which had a bittter taste and notto my liking. The rolls were all very good, my favorite the Love Big. I also had pad see ew with shrimp which was generous inportion but a bit too sweet for my liking. The yellow curry with chicken was delicious. First visit - the place had great atmosphere. Servers were friendly and attentive. Entrees came in great portions and were very... savory! The only thing my friends and I disliked was that the sushi rolls were served 30 minutes after we were pretty much donewith our entrees. Read more

I heard about Pacific Rim a while back and finally made the 1 1/2 hr. ride up there for dinner. OUTSTANDING!! We were greeted... with a smile and treated like royalty. There were six of us so we ordered a variety of their specialties. Every plate wasdelicious. Some of my favorites were the Sushi Pizza, Monkey Brains, Monkey Thumbs (not actual monkey), Salmon Lovers Dinner,and several sushi appetizers. It was well worth the ride and we will definitely be going back. Prices are more than fair and theservice was spot on. Easy five stars from me! Read more

I?ve heard so many wonderful things over the years about Pacific Rim in Merritt Island,and finally had the pleasure of visiting... with a friend to finally try this little restaurant. The parking is a very small lot which did make it hard to find a spot andthey were very busy! (Even on a early weekday night) Once we received our food I can see why it was so popular!
