If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a pizza and several sides for delivery yesterday afternoon at 4:46pm. I... received and email notification that said I would have my order in 31 minutes. At 6:00 pm my son called to see where the orderwas, Chloe said she was just getting ready to leave. At 6:10 pm, Chloe called my phone (I ordered) and said she had threedeliveries and she was headed to the second and would be delivering my order in 10 minutes. At 6:40 pm, Chloe went to myneighbors and tried to deliver, my son flagged her down and she delivered our food. It was the pizza was ice cold - as were thebread sticks, wings, and jalapeno rolls - Ice cold! Everything needed to be warmed including the garlic sauce. This is thesecond time this happened. I believe they wait until they have more then three orders before heading out for delivery. And ifthey do, I could understand that if they did not charge for delivery - but since I have to pay $5.00 for delivery (It's only 1.3miles from Papa John's to my house), I expect hot food in a reasonable amount of time. Not waiting 2 hours for cold pizza! Andwith all the other pizza places in the area - I will not be ordering from them again. Read more

Could have used more than one peppercini for the extra large pizza. But other than that...pizza was good.

Last few times not been good then the hours changed as I try to give another try Merritt Island and Cocoa stores closed over an... hour before it says and used to b open till 12:30 now 11 called at 9:30 a machine picked up stating for both locations beingclosed! absolutely terrible. they told me it would be a 40 minute wait at most and we?ve been waiting over an hour and 45 minutes.... called twice and the second time a lady told my husband they were pulling into my neighborhood. blatantly lied to us. stillwaiting and it?s about to be 2 hours. never ordering again. On my most recent visit to this location, there were some serious problems. When I arrived I was informed they were remaking my... pizza, the reason was they forgot to put cheese on it. I will not call this a management problem because it was due to a singleemployee who is definitely below average in his work ability In fact while I was waiting for my pizza a second pizza came outof the oven with no cheese on it. I would be willing to bet that was the employee's last day at papa John's.. And I will givepapa John's a chance to redeem themselves because I've had good pizzas from their locations throughout the years Once I make mynext visit to that papa John's location I will update this post as to whether the issues are resolved are still in place Read more
