So I got their spicy chicken meal and it was fantastic! I love spicy food and this was the perfect level of spicy for me. The... chicken on the sandwich was thick and cooked perfectly so it was tender and delicious. I was surprised how big their largedrinks are. Even thought it was a little on the pricier side for fast food, I think it was well worth it. If you haven't triedtheir food yet, I would definitely recommend it. Read more

Ordered $70 worth of food, had to go back because they missed 10 sides, went back and still was missing 1 but said whatever.... skimped our chicken on the meals, giving us 2 wings in a box and 2 small drumsticks in 2 more when they should have had a breastor thigh. Lady in the window was very nice, but all the other girls were snobby and rude and should not work costumer service.Did not want to make our order and made sure we knew. Tonight I went by the drive thru, I asked for 3 different meals all mild and a side of shrimp. I waited about 10 min for my... order, they advised me it would be a wait. I asked the lady for cocktail sauce, but also asked why was I charged 12 dollars forthe big boxes, she explained very well AS I HAD NOT UNDERSTOOD THE RECEIPT. I get my food and come home after donating plasmaand a full day of work YOU GET HUNGRY. I get home to find the pieces of chicken look like miniature toys, the tenders are SPICYand 20 packets of Strawberry Jam and Honey. If I would have known asking for a price check would've brought RETALIATION smh. Icall the store and speak to 2 different women who argue with me back and forth, CUSTOMER SERVICE is trash and I am now nevereating Popeyes from you again. Food was pretty good, but the staff were rather disorganized. The spicy chicken wasn't ready, so had to wait extra time for... them to cook more. Also the middle menu screen was not working so they had to read off half the menu to us. Read more

Love there chicken,love the red beans and rice, however they are always out of stuff and the last time I was there for take out... when I got home there was a chunk of pink hair weave in my food.,which was what my cashier had in her hair. Edited to raise the review stars. Called again the next day, asked for the manager but wasn't given to them, person was... suspicious and reluctant to help but finally insisted I return not just with the receipt but with the food(!) that day in orderfor them to make it right. I asked if it could be the following day, but they refused. So I gathered the leftovers, but ofcourse they didn't want the food back. The actual manager took my receipt, gave me a full, correct, and extremely fresh orderwith no further issue. It was delicious. Thanks for making it right, folks. ***original review*** I ordered 4 thighs and 2large red beans with no rice (I can't eat rice, sadly). That cost $24.04. When I got the order, I looked in the bag, and thesides were filled to the top with rice. They refused to fix it "because the sides were already put up for closing". So I leftwith my wrong order. I brought my meal home, and opened the box, and it was some scrawny neck-looking things with a biscuit andsmall side. NOT my expensive thighs. Maybe some kind of tender $5 box? Idk.
