We stopped in to enjoy a nice dinner before going to see Grease at the Cocoa Historical Playhouse. We were greeted and told the... wait time for a table, 15-20 minutes. There were empty tables and people waiting to be seated. Unfortunately there was notenough staff to accommodate the customers. We decided to eat at the bar with no wait time needed. Went to Red Lobster tonight for dinner because my daughter had a gift card from her job. I do not go here anymore because it... became dirty and the service was truck stop at best... BUT tonight was a surprise!!! New manager who used to be here when it wasnice has returned. Firstly the gentleman at the front was very kind and courteous. We were seated quickly. Our server wasMaddie... WOW! amazing to be honest. Fast, nice, great suggestions. Super friendly and smiled all the time and even shared a fewlife stories with us. Never really had to ask for a refill and the endless shrimp 4 people ordered was always hot and as fast asthe kitchen could supply us. I swore I would never return here but after tonight... Haven't been to Red Lobster for years, decided to go for a birthday dinner with family. Our server Ryan was very nice and... attentive. First complaint was they had NO draft beer at all, they said the taps were broken. All the food was pretty good, hadfish and chips, calamari, steak, chowder and caesar salads. The chowder was kind of thin, not rich and thick. The fries seemeddry and kind of tasteless, not sure why. Calamari was good, but why no tentacles, just rings? Caesar salad with shrimp had 6small shrimp. We find Red Lobster to be a little pricey for what you get, but a lot of restaurants are becoming this way. Read more

I haven't been here in quite a long time. The Lobster Lover's Dream was really good and quite a large amount of it too. The... place is a little dated. Kat was a great bartender/ server and really friendly. Prices are high, but food is good. Went back onApril, 4th got the "Endless Shrimp" which you can't beat for $17.99 per person. The only problem I had was the draft Bud Lighthas a 'musty taste' and smell to it. This is the same as last time we went. So the draft lines must need to be cleaned. I endedup drinking tea. So I went to Red Lobster for a late lunch and to try the Monday special. Evidently several people had the same idea and there... were 3 parties including myself waiting to be seated. The hostess was attempting to seat people in the bar area and after thefirst two parties declined, I knew that I was going to get stuck there. Though there was only 1 party of two in the bar at thetime, it took 15 minutes for the bartender/ server to notice me and come take my order. It then took about 25 minutes for myentree to come out which seemed slow for the time of day. The food was warm but not hot which indicated that it had been sittinga while due to the bartender having more tasks than they could keep up with comfortably. I was in need of a soda refill and myglass sat empty for more than 15 minutes until a new wait person who just came in duty took care of it. It took even longer tobe offered a reorder on the shrimp special. The reorder did come out hot and fresh which was the highlight of the visit. My latelunch took 1 hour and 50 minutes. Glad that I was not in a hurry. The moral of the story is NEVER let them seat you in the bar. Read more

Magnificent!!!Great employees, & of course every bite was better than perfect. We ate alot of cheese garlic biscuits, so moist... and tasty???? Consistently the best quality food and always cooked to perfection. This was "pick2" (garlic shrimp scampi & bayscallops, green beans, baked potato w/butter & sour cream).(THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU) We ate the Coconut Shrimp appetizer sofast we didn't get a pic??????? ????
