Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha hot latte. It was like drinking tar with no flavor. It was... super strong and there was no sweetness to it at all. I asked to have it remade and he did it. When he handed it to me, hesighed. As if Starbucks policy on remaking drinks to customer satisfaction, bothered him. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through as someone handed drink after drink back. I was frustrated with the person in the car,... but after finally receiving my drink I drove away, only to discover they gave me the wrong drink! - likely what happened to theother person, too. The drive thru line is always sooooo slow and the drinks are honestly never right. The location has reallygone down hill lately. Stick the cocoa beach location; much better service and drinks.
