Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha hot latte. It was like drinking tar with no flavor. It was... super strong and there was no sweetness to it at all. I asked to have it remade and he did it. When he handed it to me, hesighed. As if Starbucks policy on remaking drinks to customer satisfaction, bothered him. He remade it and it still tasted likegasoline. Dirt would have tasted better. They really need to train their employees at this location. Starbucks, you can dobetter. Read more
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through as someone handed drink after drink back. I was frustrated with the person in the car,... but after finally receiving my drink I drove away, only to discover they gave me the wrong drink! - likely what happened to theother person, too. The drive thru line is always sooooo slow and the drinks are honestly never right. The location has reallygone down hill lately. Stick the cocoa beach location; much better service and drinks. One of the baristas while making my Americano with 5 pumps of classic 2 pumps vanilla Steamed half and half topped with whipped... cream said "this is too much " like seriously? A nice place for a meeting or a cup of coffee This is one of the 15000 Starbucks in the US and 786 stores in Florida. This site... is located on the south side of SR 520 (East Merritt Island Causeway). This is a fairly busy road but it was not difficult toget to or leave from this location. It is a stand-alone building in the corner of a Publix shopping center. There is someparking directly around the restaurant and more in the adjacent parking lot. This place supports an indoor and outdoor seatingarea and a drive through. The outdoor area has about 4 tables and the indoor area has a bench with 4 small tables, a large longtable and 3 tables of 4 along the window. The indoor and outdoor space were clean. You order and pay at the counter and yourcompleted order is served at the end of the counter nearest to the door. As with most Starbucks, this one serves the usualassortment of drinks and light snacks. The staff was friendly. The tea was good. The order was slow to come out but it was good.Prices were reasonable for a Starbucks. It is a nice place to hold a meeting and have a cup of coffee. Read more
