I get this is a fast food place and a lot of people are overworked and understaffed. I don't think that should be an excuse to... give customers dirty looks, and be short. I stopped going to this place for another reason but wanted to give it another chance.The food doesn't taste that great either. Great place and my favorite spot for lunch. They accidentally forgot the toppings on my girlfriend's burger, but when I... mentioned it one of the staff members gave us TONS of extra haha. He seemed like a really cool guy I wish I asked his name toput it in the review. Always called me by my name and seemed like he enjoys working there. Ordered 2 burgers and a drink only, took 21 minutes. Tables dirty and none were wiped down even though only 11 customers in... entire rest. Cost was $16 and the sandwiches were cold. Definitely not the quality they used to have or the customer servicefrom past years. Awful Customer Service!! While we were there 3 seperate people's orders were messed up, including ours. All we ordered were 2... cheeseburgers and 2 fries. Seems simple enough I thought... but guess not?!? You would think that someone would be therechecking the orders before they went out!?!? When approaching the counter to let them know, we seemed to be a burden. No friesthe first time, and cold the next (forgot the cheese). The manager didn't seem to even care. Non apologetic. First time dining in since they reopened the dining room. You now order from a kiosk. They're out of a lot of things and don't... tell you until after you've completed your order. The floors are still sticky with grease. Every single table was dirty, andthey act like it's a problem to clean one off for you. One of the girls cooking had a bare mid drift, WHILE COOKING.
