They were super busy cars lined up when we got there when we finally got to the window less than 2 minutes of making an order... for four people he said you guys got to leave canceled or order after it was done mind you or we still had to go through theline and threaten me and everything else 5 years ago I would have pulled that guy out of the window these days I just express myopinions publicly this was located in Merritt Island Florida this guy was totally out of line in the situation is actually evenmore complicated than this he was trying to hurry people up that was trying to order something that actually has brain damage tobe honest and it was sad but I couldn't explain to the person as they were yelling at that person that they were really in thewrong and I never knew that there was a five minute timer on your order anyways stuff changes so much they got things wrong andhad to change it no matter what he said he was in the right! Terrible customer service I have major family and business ties tothe community and I highly do not recommend this place for anybody to have to deal with it's actually sad the way these peopleare! And this is not the first time but it definitely was the last time and will be! I'm disgusted by the manager's treatmentand this visit was about a week or two ago not sure who he was I think his name was James White Guy tattoos your average TacoBell worker about 200 lb! Employees would not take order from counter and when I went to pay in cash the manager Catherine told.me she didn't have coins... in the drawer and couldn't provide change. I didn't have o only had a 20 dollar bill and she asked if I wanted to round upbecause she didn't have coin change. Then proceeded to can Ely order because she couldn't give change. Attitude was verydisrespectful, doesn't seem.like she cates anything about customers. Read more

I bought four tacos and I've bit into the first one and then I bit into it again and I realized that I was consuming some kind... of cleaning product, some kind of chemical. Like somebody made my taco with cleaning product on their fingers or something, itscared the heck out of me. Next morning I became violently sick. And when I say sick, I mean just sick as a dog. I can't go backthere ever again. There's nobody there that cares. There is no consistency whatsoever. Corporate should just yanked theirlicense immediately. Oh my God I was so sick. Read more

Very poor costomer service. 7/2/22 at 3:00 pm. Rude thru the speaker while taking order. I decided against ordering because of... the poor attitude so I started to leave and the girl in the window started yelling thru the speaker demanding that I pullforward so I promptly told her to shut the fu¢k up and left..never returning to this location and also spreading the word sinceI work at a resort in Cocoa Beach I deal with alot of tourism. Usually love this Taco Bell, went through tonight and got 23$ worth of food toasted cheddar chalupa box, 2 domino's tacos,... cheesy gordita crunch meal. Received 2 doritos tacos, our drinks, 2 hard tacos, and 2 soft tacos. Not even the main parts of themeals and no receipt so we couldn't even get it fixed Read more
