The breakfast burrito was micro-waved making it almost impossible to chew as it cooled, the person at the register had an... important text message I guess as she could not look up from her phone as she put my order in wrong , the smoothie was verygood. Read more

I came here 2 days in a row the first time was later in the day around 630 and the smoothies were super runny like too much... liquid was added food was good. The 2nd day was earlier around 145 and there was a different staff and ordered exact samesmoothie as I don't change from the island green. This time was absolutely perfect. Read more

Last week went to this location to pick up lunch. The cashier would not allow me to add peanut butter to my sons smoothie even... if I paid extra for it. Also i was told I couldn?t order the retired smoothie that i have gotten for years at this samelocation. I said okay, and placed my order. As I was waiting I hear another customer order the exact smoothie as I did for myson and she was able to add peanut butter. I was in disbelief but said nothing. A young lady handed me our order and i noticedchips were picked for us. I asked if i could please change the chip flavors and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffedgrabbed the chips i said thank you and she just walked away. I get my order and leave to take it home to have lunch with my son.To our surprise they gave us the wrong smoothie. A smoothie that i did not order. I called and a female answered the phone wouldnot get manager and hung up on me. I continued to call; no answer. I did fill out the tropical smoothie online and was toldsomeone would reach out. I was hoping to have this handled and not leave a negative review. And again, nothing. Smoothies are not blended all the way, they taste as if they are slushees. The quality of food has just gotten worse at this... location. Read more

Excellent smoothies, try the jalapeno corn it was delicious. Service was a little slow but well worth the wait. Even the kids... loved it, which is saying something. Read more

I can't stand the service at the Merritt island location. Every time I come in for a smoothie, I stand at the front counter for... 5+ minutes listening to kids playing in the back. I only received service when peeking in the back to get someone's attention.Once I was attended to by a gentleman named Logan I ended up just walking out because his attitude was horrible it made me feellike I was in very careless hands and by the looks of the faces on customers in the lobby everyone had already been waitinglonger than expected. I love Tropical smoothie but the management at the Merritt island store isn't good and hasn't improved insome time. Someone come to the rescue! Read more

we live an hour away and decided to stop otw home to get a quick lunch. after we get home and start eating, my boyfriend finds... chicken in his hummus veggie wrap (we?re both vegetarian) so i call the store and ask the young guy on the phone if there?sanyway we can get a refund or even store credit and i got told there was nothing he could do and that?s completely out of hiscontrol and we would have to come all the way back and speak to a manager. i just left it at that because i didn?t wanna be akaren but seriously? why couldn?t a manager speak to me over the phone? i?ve worked in customer service for a long time and theleast he could?ve done was taken a phone number and told me a manager could contact me soon. we spent over 30$ and tipped too.very disappointed and the last time i?ll ever give my money to them Read more
