This was our second time going to Bowers Hotel for dinner. I had the NY strip steak and shared the clams. Steak was cooked... perfectly medium rare and everything was very good. Everyone in our party left satisfied and happy with the food quality. Theservice was also very good, everyone was friendly and smiling. I will definitely recommend to others. Bowers Hotel has always been one of my favorite places for dinner. Very relaxed atmosphere, casual dress is fine. Great food!... Lots to choose from. Bartender is awesome. Well dressed, friendly. She gets your drinks right to you, followed by your dinner.They don't mess around. If I want to impress a date, Bowers Hotel is where we go. Read more

Waited an hour after the drinks to get food. Ordered medium rare steak that had some burnt edges and was basically well done.... Coconut shrimp was decent. Waitress was nice. Pretty overpriced for what you get Read more
Very disappointing. Husband asked for med rare steak...it came out well, brussel sprouts weren't completely cooked...still very... hard. Friend at table had the special london broil and it was tough. We will try again...but it'll be awhile. Read more
I am one of 3 ladies who hosted a baby shower at The Bowers Hotel yesterday. This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for... the perfect location for your own shower or party and asking yourself if this would be a good fit the answer is, hands down,Y-E-S. We searched the Macungie, Emmaus, Kutztown, & even Pottstown areas high & low for a good venue but had no peace until wefound The Bowers Hotel. Bonnie, the manager, makes everything easy and acceptable. She's happy to help and doesn't make youfeel like your questions and requests are a burden - that's not the case with all managers; her great attitude was a breath offresh air. The event server was also above and beyond in her professionalism and helpfulness. She had a great attitude thathelped put everyone at ease. The hotel's event room is quaint and charming. It was THE PERFECT place for our baby shower. Everyone had a relaxed, peaceful time in an elegant setting. The ambiance of the room is very satisfying and with the Fallaccents we splashed around (orange and yellow leaves, a few strings of LED lights etc.) plus lit candles, it created an idealatmosphere - the one you only dream of but don't think exists. I ordered the NY strip medium. It came out well done, I refuse to ever send it back so I dealt with it. The "steamed vegetables"... we soggy at best and cold on my plate. The ambience was 3 drunk older gentlemen at the bar yelling about how great Trump is. 10out of 10 do not recommend unless you're a local farmer in the area looking for a drink and talk of racism and how great the50's were.
