Sunday November 6, 2022 Today we chose to go to BJ’s for a Birthday dinner celebration. BIG MISTAKE!!! After a 30 min. wait... for seating, with few others waiting, we finally suggested they split us up to get going. They put us in back to back booths.The 5 kids in one booth and the 4 adults in the other booth. The server was absolutely terrible!!! When we asked to get someappetizers started for a very hungry baby (French fries) she literally put her hand up in our faces and said she was doingdrinks only. Then she came back to the table later to take appetizer orders - 2 items. We asked to speak to a manager. Our orderwas taken and after 35 min. the entrees came - still no appetizers. Kids meals ordered were wrong. At one point there were 12full sized drink glasses at our table and only 4 people. We had no room to even put our food. The manager showed up after 25min. and basically did nothing. No compensation for terrible service or even checked back. We put an order in very early for thekids desserts as we were now running late to get the kids to their soccer game. The still had to wait for dessert. It was themom’s birthday and the waitress was at her worst to the birthday girl. The bill was all wrong with over charging on the kidsmeals and we were charged for all the kids drinks which were included! To the server - this is your job. We chose to eat atBJ’s knowing we would spend several hundred dollars. What we didn’t expect was to be treated so poorly. And after all theterrible service and mistakes we still tipped you. We deserve an apology from BJ’s and the server. We will never eat thereagain. Read more

We have visited a BJ's in Denver so we were excited to go here. We went in on a Wednesday night and we were seated right away.... Looking over the menu my wife decided she just wanted a Pizookie and I decided on a Bacon Guacamole burger, as we had had a latelunch that day. We ordered drinks and the ordered our dishes and my wife noticed our server didn't seem to pleased with thesmall order. Our food was brought to us and the gentleman who brought out our food ran off before I could ask for some catsup.Our waiter never checked on us, I was out of beer for a long time when he finally did show up I had eaten my whole meal. I came here with 5 other people on a Saturday at 2:30pm, it looked like they had plenty of seats available but for some reason... we had to wait for 20 minutes or so to be seated, I'm not really sure why in hindsight there was absolutely no reason we had tostand around in the little lobby area. Then once seated, at a table with chairs, they didn't put two tables together, just had6 people sit at 1 little square table, while it worked out based on the food we ordered it probably would have been better tothink of a different seating arrangement. Then it took forever to get the food, like a solid 30-40 additional minutes onceseated, it just felt like a lot of waiting around my first and probably last experience here. They also were out of the mac andcheese balls I wanted to try. While the quality was on point, the wait time certainly was not, it also seemed like our waitresswas a little under the weather - she looked a little sick and perhaps also tired. That's not exactly the thing you want to seefrom someone handling your food. The cup of soup wasn't even filled that much, I should have just got a bowl if I had known theywere going to skimp out on the portion size. It was an okay experience, it still deserves a solid 3 star based on quality -maybe it was a fluke with our dining experience who knows. First time dining in at BJ’s and had their lunch special. First order, the bacon & guacamole deluxe burger… cooked to... perfection with a large amount of toppings and too good of a deal to pass up. Our waitress told us that on Wednesday’s allloaded burgers on the menu are $11 and have unlimited fries. Next order, also on the $11 lunch menu which is spaghetti withchicken Parmesan. All food tasted great and an amazing deal for the quality and quantity. I will definitely be back to try outthe other burgers and additional options in the lunch specials. Read more

Friendly and prompt service. Chips and guacamole were perfect. And I make my own at home so I'm a little picky when it comes to... guacamole. The Chicken Alfredo was tasty and the perfect portion. Next time I want to get dessert. I'll definitely be goingback. If you're debating if you should eat here, You Should! Just go, you'll be happy you did. Read more

Started off ok, service declined pretty quickly. Drinks were on the weak side, seemed to be mostly mix from the 1st drink to the... last,, but the food was good. Probably wouldn't go back to this Bjs due to the high volume of snow birds here. Snow birdsattitudes kinda sucked across the board, so combined w the sub par service I think 3 stars is generous.
