Black Rock Coffee is the best coffee shop around. Fun, friendly, atmosphere and the employees are gold! I am treated like... family! Between Crismon and Baseline, Ellsworth and Cadence in Mesa,Ellsworth and Walnut in Queen Creek, is where I have spentmy time since each store has opened. I have become friends with many! I?ve never been to a Black Rock and have never understood why every location I?ve ever seen always had a line down the street.... In fact, my wife and I always joked we thought there was some cult action going on. We?ve always gone to Dutch Bros, which Ilove as well, but I have to say we?ve loved our experiences at this location. The prices are great, the coffee is great, thepeople are friendly, and the service has been super fast, even during peak times. Read more
I specifically ordered very little ice and explain that I do not want my drink cold. It came out with half a cup of ice, and... when I told them that I asked for very little ice, they then explained that they would have to charge me extra for a pour over.when I ordered it at the counter, why did the lady not give me that option? Then the man never offered to try and make it rightother than to pour it out without the ice and give me a side of ice. Read more
