We enjoyed the flavors of our tostada lunch. Definitely get the tomatillo sauce as an alternate dressing! The server allowed us... to taste test it and the tomatillo ranch dressing. We went to this location for lunch today when it wasn't particularly busy. I asked if they had plain diced tomatoes for my... tostada, but if not, no worries. We paid for our food, and as I'm getting drinks and forks, they brought me a little containerof freshly diced tomatoes, which I totally wasn't expecting. They were so friendly, I look forward to eating there again! Read more
The sweet pork burritos and salads are always good. This is what I refer to as "white Mexican food" it's a restaurant chain... from Utah, much like Costa Vida, so nothing authentic but caters to the safe taste of suburban soccer mom's and weekend warriordad's. Read more
Mint-Limeade delicious, many other specialties offers at dtink bar. My granddaughter tried several and enjoyed Wish could say... that about food. Burrito filling skimpy for price. Wrapping was soggy, turned into pasty goop even with us dining-in We allended up taking filling out of Burrito and just eating filling which didn't amount to much. Read more
After being at 3 other Cafe Rios I was really pleased to see this nice location at Signal Butte. This one is very clean with a... nice ambience and music. I had the Nachos meal here for the 1st time and it was great with queso, grilled, premium steak. Themeal was huge so I saved half for another lunch. Today, Tuesday, is Taco Special day for only $2.50. It was really fresh anddelicious with the Cotija cheese. Service by Manager Anna and crew Anthony and Jesus was outstanding. Highly recommended. My last time to this location. The kids working that day seemed more interested in entertaining each other than taking care of... business. I had a very basic order 4 tacos meat and cheese only. All 4 had all kinds of extra stuff that I didn't ask for and 1only had a tablespoon full of meat on it. It's a shame it's right around the corner from me. Read more
