This location says it opens at 6am but the girl that works the front counter will not open the door till closer to 8am I have... seen door dash guy be refused to be let in. On top of that the food is not even close to the other locations and the frontcounter girl often gets orders completely wrong and it takes for ever to even get your food just to find out it is wrong again.We are done coming here. What the heck is weong this you people? Last month i placed an order drive thru double jalapeño angus burger combo large size!... You gave single patty and small fries instead! 3 days ago i ordered delivery same and you sent again small fries and forgot tosend my drink! Ok so it has been about 4 months since my last visit to Carl's jr. I was really wanting the California classic boy was I... disappointed my husband and Son both ordered the double jalapeno burger they got that wrong also one pattie and three jalapenosis what they both received and we paid for doubles I have my receipt for proof I'm good at keeping them I also order a threepiece chicken tender and what I got was tendons I am definitely disappointed with this not sure if we will ever go back frieswere old the taco salad was supposed to have Guacamole on the side because my husband is allergic I'm really upset Read more
Started in the drive through, one car at the order board me behind them for 5 min. No action so I backed up and went inside. 2... people sitting eating no one else ordering. I put in my order. Not huge by any means, I see the car go through the drivethrough that was there when I arrived. Food delivered to the car. 5 more cars go through and my order is nit filled yet. Thenafter about 10 min they are filling it and they forgot the zucchini so the order sits there until those are cooked. There is noless than 5 people "working" but 2 people actually doing anything. It literally took almost 15 min to get my order and getout. Freddy's will be seeing more if me. They have and follow their systems. Read more
(I'm writing this review as we are in the restaurant) The food is awful and the service is even worse. Food looks like it's been... sitting for awhile. Stay away from this place. Not clean & no soap in the men's room, wondering if the employees wash theirhands when they return to work. I'm saving you all money now that I have gave this place my money. Stay far away!! Lol smh OHand one more thing lol my fiancé went to use the rest room and she said bathroom is dirty and their was a female in thehandicap stalls doing drugs and JUST NOW another woman went to the bathroom and seen the same thing, her and her family areleaving and so are we lmao this is just nuts!!! This location sucks. Disappointed every time. McDonald?s is right next door and I?m not exaggerating when I tell you I count... 10 to 15 people go through their drive thru before I get to the carl?s window with one car ahead of me. Not done with Carl?sbut DONE with this location. You?ll save time by driving to Country Club and US60 location. Always great! Read more
