My family had a birthday party at lunch for me on Nov 4, 2022. We all had a wonderful time eating lunch, visiting, opening... presents and taking some pictures. The food was phenomenal. Salads were great and the actual main course (I had Lobster Ravioli,yum) was hot and it was just.... oh my God yummy!!!! I also tried some of my daughters food and loved everything. The servicewas excellent. When I was running out of tea, I looked down (3 times it happened) and there was another glass already there forme. We will definitely be back for lunch and dinner at Carrabba's more often! Read more
November 5, 2022-Saturday???????? My birthday dinner experience at Carrabba's was so lovely! My only complaint is that the... hostesses never called or texted my phone number to let us know our table was ready; I was informed as we were being shown ourtable that sometimes the app or whatever just doesn't work. Other than that, the atmosphere was calm and collected, veryinviting. The food was so delicious! My boyfriend and I were on a bit of a time crunch by the time we got to our table. Ourserver Alex took incredible care of us! He greeted us immediately, brought out our drinks, took our order, and got everythingout as quickly as possible! I'm talking appetizers, sides, meals- the whole shpill! He brought my dessert and the check at thesame time. When we go back to this location, I plan on asking for Alex as our server! Hopefully we won't have to rush next timehaha. 10/10 recommend (even though we had a 35 minute wait for our table and were told it would only be 20). ???? Read more
Update: my husband and I went back and had a much better experience! Drinks stayed full, our server was very attentive and went... above and beyond, and the food was amazing. We will be back for more! Thank you Carrabba's! I will update the next time I tryhere again, if I eat in the restaurant. The restaurant seemed very nice, I liked the ambiance of the lighting, seemed prettyclean too. For a first time visit I must say that the food left me wanting more as it tasted great, but service was less thanstellar. As a former server myself, I try to be understanding, but what I saw tonight was a cluster of confusion and tunnelvision from the staff who simply were not prepared for the rush. We use to come at least one a week but they have changed their menu and started to give smaller portions. There cooks just are... not what they use to be. Still ok tho. Update 5-21-22 Still not the same as it use to be! Had the Lobster ravioli and it wasjust meh. Still love the calamari Riccardo tho! Our server was awesome! She took great care of us! Supper polite! Carrabas grille. Good tasting food. Their pastas are made in-house (and they have wood pizza ovens!) Talk about authentic... Italian food. Carrabba's is known to make their pastas in-house rather than purchasing them dried (via HomePerch). Clearly, thismakes the meals much tastier ? plus, fresh pasta can absorb sauce better than dried. Sat at the bar on a busy Christmas Eve and enjoyed excellent food and service as always. Try the Tuscan Filet with a little... linguine marina; you'll never go back! The Conundrum matched well with everything, including a small cup of chicken soup and thestaple warm bread/oil combo. Will come again and again! Read more
We were greeted promptly and led to our booth. Our waiter brought the menus and took our drink order. Bread with olive oil and... herbs were served. Our soups were served. Eventually our main entrée was served. The timing was excellent neither delayed norrushed. Overall a pleasant experience. Read more
