My Labor Day weekend was ruined I was sick for 3 days straight they practically Serve You The Brood witch here. And the... employees here look miserable. Not only that for the meal they charged me $15. You want to save money go to Sprouts they havebetter quality sandwiches with fresh ingredients and they're only $7. Inside of Walmart is a new takeaway -It is Charley's Philly steaks. World's best I think not. The steak is good but not enough... for the whole bun. The onions and peppers where a couple of slivers and couldn't find a mushroom. Cheese was adequate and good.The picture looks better than the sandwich IRL. This location just can?t figure it out. How is there not someone in charge making sure this place works? The new staff is so... slow it is absolutley insane. There is no rush what so ever. It?s painful. I keep coming because I love the food. But pleasefigure out staffing. Read more

The cashier who took my order was delightfully helpful and pleasant to deal with. Kudos to him. The good things about this place... end there. They got my to go order wrong but when I came back, they refused to make it right. I tried calling, but the phonenumber seems to go to an abandoned voicemail. When I came back to make things right, again the cashier was friendly and helpful,but the manager came out to tell me to get lost, and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I get that customer service andfood service is a tough job, but to completely fail at it this badly is a different story. The manager implied I was a liar andshe would not make my order right. I get that mistakes happen, but if you get an order wrong, just make it right and move on.You don't tell a customer they're lying to get free food, especially when you're the one who is getting people's orders wrong.This manager does not belong in customer service, in my opinion. First time at a Charleys in years and was so excited. Didn't realize until I got home that they got my order completely wrong,... wasn't even something I could eat. stuff happens so no biggie I just wanted to get my order. By the time I was home they wereclosed so I went back the next day with my receipt and the manager was extremely mean. She told me I was lying and had eaten thesandwich. She said there was nothing she could do since I didn't bring it back the night before but they were closed and Iliterally couldn't. She told me she was there until 11 cleaning and that I should have tried anyways. How is a customer supposeto know that you're there 2 hours after close?? She told me I should have called that night but I did and it just endlesslyrang! The manager with the bullet hole tattoos on her neck is the nastiest person I've ever met and she should not be incustomer service. I literally had a panic attack inside the Walmart because she was so rude and accused me of lying. Edit: themanager reluctantly told me after causing a scene that she would make me the sandwich but I was crying and shaking so hard thatit was humiliating so I had to leave. I am not a Karen by any means and don't feel I deserved to be accused of lying. Read more

I LOVED Charley's in Texas so I was happy to see one closer! But, really? I would NEVER have given these to a customer. They... barely had meat, onions or peppers nevermind the other things that I asked for on it! So disappointed (this was the second timehere). The first time I went they also made the sandwiches wrong. I get they are "learning" however, this is sad and ridiculous!They don't have a working phone number, corporate doesn't even recognize it as a store yet. Doesn't matter won't be back! Read more
