I absolutely refuse to order out here, always disappointed, tho the drive through experience is always fast I'll give them that.... The food is much better eating in. Our food is always ready by the time we sit down to our table. My only real complaint abouteating in is a big one, being a mother. The play area is filthy. It needs a serious scrubbing and much more frequent cleanings.We were there last week and a mother let her kids run off with ice cream in the play place, that was our cue to leave. I?ve been a loyal customer for a long time but I hate coming to this location. For a company that prides itself on efficiency I... can?t understand how poor this location is run. Always a long wait in the drive through or inside and mistakes made regularly.This am I ordered a simple breakfast order and it took a very long time and the drive through line was backed up. Just stopped in for fries and water. Being pregnant, I forgot to order water. The server brought us our food and gladly left to... get a large iced water and returned promptly with two brownies as well. She said it was for the baby. I appreciated the serviceand extra kindness to a forgetful pregnant lady. Read more
Ordered 5 sandwiches, three fries and two nugs in advance via the app. Was made to pull off to the side while three cars behind... me got their food before me. When I got home, none of the sauce I ordered on the app was in the bag. This was an advance orderand performance was poor. I'd go zero stars if I could. Read more

Three times is a charm. The latest visit to this store is the last visit for me. Twelve employees working, all look like they... are running around lost. This was this past Saturday afternoon. It took 4 employees and 15 minutes after I got my order to getthe milkshakes I ordered. 4 times I had to reach out while standing there for our shakes as our food got cold. And Lord havemercy, the milkshakes were runny. I spent 30 bucks for this? the worst I?ve EVER experienced with this company. I?ll take mymoney elsewhere ??????? Read more
This morning I came through the drive through. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and the man tells me it?ll be extra which is... normal because it?s a lunch item. 10 minutes later he comes out and says there?s been a mix up and now they have 3 chickenbreasts 1 spicy and do we want to wait or get refunded? I tell him what the heck we?ll wait and if you want to throw in theextras that?d be cool. He threw them in and the 20 minute wait produced 4 chicken sandwiches!
