If you get Logan be ready for an amazing experience of customer service. We had two younger girls(5&8 yo) and he was patient... helpful and professional. He was quick at refilling beverages without any promptings from us and even took time to help resolvea coupon issue we were having. Checked in on us numerous times. As far as the chain, it was on par for our expectations of foodquality and environment. Food is great with plenty of options and service is quick. Read more

Food was as good as it was going to be. Our waiter was Logan and he was amazing! He honestly was working so hard! He had a RUDE... couple sitting behind us and he handled it so patiently and made to sure "correct" everything they complained about , which waseverything. Good job Logan! We arrived right as they opened and were one of the first customers to be there. We were sat immediately and greeted by our... server. Our server took our drink order and we placed a kids meal order at the same time. By the time she came back with ourdrinks we were ready to order the meal. The four adult meals arrived before the kids meal, even though we ordered the kids mealfirst. I had to ask the person who brought the food where my child?s meal was. He brought it out shortly, but I was annoyedbecause I ordered that meal first for a reason and it was forgotten.. the food was pretty good but I definitely expected betterservice due to us being one of the first tables sat. Appetizer and drinks "at the bar" is a must. The bartenders are a "home town" feel and personable. The monthly drink specials... for $5 is a must try. You shouldn't be disappointed. Read more
Had a great experience. Our server was the best I have had in my memory. I believe her name was Jennifer and I would say she... could read my mind but she actually would bring fresh drink refills the moment I would finish the first glass and before I evenmade any sign that I would like a refill. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant with several TV's and theentertainment device they have at the tables is cool. This restaurant seemed to be managed very well. Read more

We went in here to have early dinner while waiting for our vehicle at discount tire to be finished It has been several years... since we went into any Chili?s establishment It didn?t take long to remember why I quit going to Chili?s. The meals come out ofthe kitchen with absolutely no Pride in what they are serving. They are taking the food from the refrigerator throwing it on theplate after they warm it up. It was a lot like eating leftovers out of your refrigerator at home , microwave quality. I ordereda full rack of ribs expecting to get a full rack of ribs that?s what the menu says, instead I got two pieces of ribs supposedly2 Half racks, maybe the menu should say what they?re going to serve. Just another corporate low quality restaurant. We weredebating should we just go over to five guys and get a hamburger. And after eating at Chili?s I wish we would?ve gone to fiveguys at least they cook the meat fresh and they don?t pull it out of the refrigerator and microwave it. It?s not like five guysis anything special. And Chili?s definitely is not anything special. Save your money. Walk across the street and get arotisserie chicken for five bucks. After you eat it in your car you can drive over to Chili?s and throw the bones in theirdumpster. Read more
