Terrible all the way around. The staff didn't know the code to the bathroom or were so doped up they couldn't remember. So we... ordered to go. The ladies placing our food together were rude and almost angry. It made things awkward. This was with everycustomer before and after myself. So it wasn't anything specific to me. Tried to grab some after the gym yesterday and there was no line when I walked in. The guy working the counter stood there... talking with his coworkers for about 5-6 minutes about "making a girl walk home last night". Got food poisoning from it. They give out portions as if they get a pay cut if they give you a reasonable amount of food. Then... they ask you multiple times if your burrito was steak? like no bro it?s chicken stop trying to overcharge me. Do they get apercentage if they up-charge meals? Read more

Terrible experience. I ordered takeout & asked for guacamole on my tacos? it had a cup of guacamole on it I swear. They also... don?t have a modify button on the app for ?light? guacamole so I took my chances. When I opened my bag my tacos had completelyfallen apart. I picked it up and the bottom had come off. Then when I tried to transfer the tacos from one spot to another thebag broke in half as well. It was disgusting. This is a terrible Chipotle. I feel terrible for the employees that work with the dark haired female manager (working the... closing shift on Thursday, June 16, 2022, to be specific)-she was so rude and condescending to them, and she was also very rudeto the customers. The whole ?online only? thing Chipotle has going on is an absolute joke. No chips in store, yet there areseveral bags sitting on the counter, I?m told they?re for online orders only. Well, at 9:45 at night when I went back up andasked for chips and salsa, I got the same message? but online ordering was closed. I walked to the grocery store and boughtchips. They had no chicken, no steak and no lettuce. The young man making my food was so nice but he got scolded by the managerseveral times. Biggest rip off restaurant i have ever eaten at! Menu doesn't clearly explain up charges. Wasn't told it was extra for... guacamole. Asked for very little guacamole, yet charged nearly $3.
