Walked in. Cockroach welcomed us in the entryway. That should have been enough to leave. Waiting in line. Worker was making the... Strawberry Blond with Raspberry Sorbet. That's should have been clue two to leave. When I brought it to her attention, herresponse was, but I already started making it. So I let the woman know her order was being made wrong. Last straw? The workerdropped the entire sliding plexiglass directly into the ice cream area. She pulled the plexiglass out. I could see howgrotesquely filthy it was. The I noticed the ice cream on the plexiglass. I looked into the ice cream area and could seegrotesque debris that had fallen from the plexiglass when she dropped it in there. I'm talking about the two huge plexiglasssliding doors on the workers side. They are going to mix whatever that grotesque debris is that had fallen onto the ice cream tothe customers. No, we left. I was absolutely appalled today when I realized they only had one girl working the entire store, at 14 years old. She was... visibly upset trying to hold back tears because a customer before I had gotten there yelled at her. But 2 other people, adultsat that, were scheduled to be there with her but never showed up! The manager should have shut that place down for the day notforced her to work alone. I really enjoy giving good reviews. However, this place does not deserve one, and I hope a negative review will encourage the... owner/manager to step up their game... Decided to stop in for ice cream yesterday before going to a matinee next door. Thestench of spoiled milk hit me as soon as I opened the door. The place was FILTHY... the floors had not been mopped for a longtime, the tables had dried ice cream on them, the glass on showcases were covered with dozens of obviously old handprints, andthere was trash littering the outside of the premises. You can literally *feel* how disgustingly dirty the place is. The girlwho served me was totally apathetic; as soon as she got done serving, she disappeared into the back where there was at least oneother girl hanging out. It wouldn't take much to keep an establishment that serves food clean and safe. Honestly, for the pricesthey charge, the place should be fined for poor showmanship and possible endangerment to people's health. They noticed that we weren't trying ice cream and asked if we were allergic to milk. My husband is (Galactosemic) and she... cleaned the spoon she used for him. Very cool and never seen it before in a Cold Stone. Great Job! Read more
If zero star was given would have given them that.I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from them and on the day for the pick up... I was told there was no one to make they cake so it wasn't made.The workers didn't have the common sense to call me to let meknow they had an issue and that they won't be able to make it.Poor customer service don't order you cakes from them.
