This is our go-to place for dim sum!!! Not an expansive list of offerings, but that have all the musts!! The first time we came... here we came back 2 more days that same week! It's that good. We've now been here so many times it's hard to keep track. Amazingfood and service is great. Shumai and shrimp dumplings are beyond addictive! We could eat here every day. Read more

Very delicious! I've been here before, but took my family for the first time today. We shared the Shumai, soup dumplings, and... the chicken dumplings. We loved it all! I had the brisket and noodle soup, my dad had the eggplant clay pot, my mom had the fishand vegetables, and my brother had the fried squid. It was all very fresh, and very tasty. I like the Cafe already, but now myfamily will be back! Read more

Food, price, services are all good. It's is a pretty small family restaurant. We had the Spicy Water boil with beef and fish,... ShangHai soup dumping, pork boas, and custard boas. They were all enjoyable. Read more

I have come here multiple times and couldn?t recommend it enough until today. Their food is delicious and I haven?t gotten... something on the menu I didn?t like. But what really changed my view was my experience today. I went to lunch with my husbandand some extended family. We expected to wait of course we were a large group. We each got a dim sum slip per couple/family toorder separately. So when the plates started coming out I wasn?t surprised it was taking a moment to get served. We got thePork/Shrimp Shumai, BBQ pork buns, & beef black bean w rice. We waited expecting it to be a little bit. But then after 20minutes we got our order of soup dumplings, custard buns and steamed pork dumplings. We chit chatted and waited out other groupgot everything they ordered and left. But we were still waiting in anticipation of my husbands favorite the black sesame bunsand bbq pork slices along with steamed pork ribs. But after 30 minutes of waiting they never came. So I asked for my check andadvised them of the missing plates. The server left said they?d review it. And came back stating the kitchen marked it as madeand they couldn?t do anything about it. I clearly let them know and they could see on our table we never got it. I insisted on aremoval from my tab or at least my food. But neither was done. They said there is nothing they could do about it because thekitchen made it and it was handed out. I was left paying for the food I didn?t get and had no choice but to pay for gratuitybecause we were a larger party. After this terrible experience I don?t see myself going back. Read more

The dim sum is good. However, it a bit expensive. My friend and I went for a lunch, it cost us $17 per person (include tax and... tips). This is comparatively higher than other Chinese restaurant. Read more

We were in the area and searched ?dim sum near me?. So glad Google suggested this place. It is now our top choice for dim sum.... They don?t have a lot of choices like you would see at a restaurant with the dim sum carts. But they had enough to satisfy ourcravings. Very fresh and tasty. Much better than the places with carts. I have been to the ones with carts even at opening. DimSum Cafe is fresh. You will taste the difference. It would be great if they offered more dim sum instead of the many Chinesedishes they have. I also wish that the hot tea would be complimentary vs $1.50 per person. We ordered mapo tofu without porkand garlic Chinese broccoli off the menu. Broccoli was excellent. Soup dumplings, sticky rice, and crystal shrimp were great. The custard bun breading is not what we prefer. BBQ pork bao tastes the same as other places. Steamed dumplings were decent, nothing spectacular. Service was fantastic. I appreciate that they gave little bowls with three dividers for chili oil, chiliflakes, and a sweet and sour type sauce. Soy sauce bottle at the table. Place was always full but no line on a Sunday lunchtime. Read more

Not bad but not good either. I love dim sum. I have been looking for a new dim sum place since my regular dim sum place (for... ten years) has never been the same since Covid. This place is just ok. Very small, very slow service (30+ minutes to get food)and very limited menu and a bit pricey as well. It will do in a pinch but I don't think I'll go back. We ate thefollowing: Shu mai - These were terrific and stood out from the rest of the food. A very simple thing but done just righthere. Pork dumplings - Very good. Chicken feet - good Scallion pancakes - Absolutely terrible. Almost insulting. A tiny, tinyportion of fried dough with exactly one piece of scallion in two pancakes. Embarrassing. Either take it off the menu or make itcorrectly. Please google "scallion pancakes" or "cong you bing" to see what these are supposed to be because this ain'tit. Soup dumplings - They were OK but not great. Pork buns - OK. With tip, the above cost us $45 which is about a third morethan it would be at other dim sum places around town. That, combined with the very limited menu and extremely slow servicemakes this an "only in emergencies" type place as far as I'm concerned. Read more

Love love love this place. Staff is always so nice and food comes out super fast. Smaller menu compared to other dim sum places... but it's always very fresh. It's become one of our go to spots! Shumai is my fave and the bbq pork slices use a Cantonese bbqsauce that is slightly less sweet and perfect ! Read more
