Ordered a pizza through the website as a ?guest? when I went to pick up the pizza it was the wrong pizza. The manager was very... rude and kept arguing that they didn?t mess up. I asked numerous times for the right pizza and the answer was no every time. Hedefinitely should not be in a leadership position?I definitely will not be a customer to this store any longer. 8/20/22 I ordered a pizza online the delivery driverwas friendly and on time, I took the pizza in and found out that it was the... wrong pizza so I called the store 16 different times and could not get through , I took the pizza back to the store spoke to theperson behind the register asked for the mistake to be fixed and have the pizza redelivered and was told he would not do it thatI had to wait I told him that I didn't have the time to wait to deliver it he then got a attitude and said the only thing thathe was going to do was refund my money $20.96 I then told him that customer service was paramount to a good business practiceand that he he's a bad attitude and he refunded the money. I left the store got home and found out my debit card was refunded$17.96 they must have kept the tip did I get compensated for my own gas or time no. This was by far the worst Domino?s pizza I have ever had. It was greasy, like soak a napkin, greasy. It was not cooked well... and it just tasted weird. It made everyone in my family regret eating it. I would not recommend this restaurant. For theprice, absolutely not worth it! Read more
Pizza was old. Delivered like plastic. Called and talked to the manager. The 19 year old on the other side defended the fact the... pizza was fresh. I don't blast or complain on a regular basis....we have ordered from them in the past and pick up on a regularbasis. Having a few drinks by the pool we decided to do the right thing and order in. We even gave a pre order 20% tip to thedriver. Our issues falled on deaf ears over a 25.00 order. There is a reason this franchise pizza organization is going under.They are failing their paying customers. Read more
I wrote a few bad reviews so it?s only fair I give credit where it?s due. I come here almost every day sometimes 2 times a day.... Everyone knows me. I order a philly cheese almost every time. Sometimes a pizza or other things so I?ve tried it all. This isthe ONLY restaurant in east Mesa that makes the food fresh every time and the quality is way better than you would expect. Ofcourse the service is great too. And they are open until 12pm! On weekdays! That?s the best part. If I forget to eat dinnerbecause I am busy or had to go to the gym in the evening I don?t have to go to McDonald?s! Miracle. I should also point out Ihaven?t had any digestive problems at all? that person in the reviews is anecdotal. The food is well prepared in a very cleanarea by very nice employees. Ordered the hot buffalo wings. I knew from experience that Domino's as a franchise tends to be skimpy on the sauce - so I... ordered some sauce cups on the side to supplement if I had to. Skimpy is an understatement. What you see below is a box ofcompletely un-sauced wings. No attempt was even made. It was literally just a box of fried chicken with nothing on it. Insteadof merely having to supplement - I legitimately had to sauce the entire meal myself. When a customer orders a meal - theyshouldn't be expected to have to finish the job of preparing it themselves. My foresight is what saved this food, not qualitycontrol or customer service. Read more
The last several pizzas we?ve ordered from this Domino?s have been poor. We order extra sauce and extra cheese always. They?ve... been very skimpy with the ingredients. I don?t believe they?ve topped at normal recipe, much less extra. Read more
