I was invited by Domino's to leave this review, though they may regret that move. Normally, this Domino's does a fine job of... delivering fresh, hot, accurately prepared pizza. Tonight, they did not. The pizza was not fresh (of course, it was delivered 90minutes after being paid for, so perhaps it shouldn't be a surprise that it was not fresh. The young woman on the phone (after a5 minute hold) was rude, unhelpful, and absolutely unapologetic. The driver reported that the store was "swamped." Sorry, not agood excuse for a company that earned its chops delivering pizza. Read more
This place is less than a mile from me so I walked, had placed a $50 carryout order, get there and Wait for them to take care of... someone who came in behind me because the card reader wasn?t working, and the female worker with a short hair was very loudlyfrustrated- finally comes to serve me and tells me they can?t break a $100 bill because they have no change and suggests(notvery kindly) I go break the bill somewhere else and come back. I hope they enjoyed my meal because I?m not going on a wild goosechase for some pizza- two twenties isn?t a crazy amount of change to request right? Read more
It's always a great scene when you come in and see a cashier assisting someone with an online order for a better coupon. Someone... needs to give these guys a pat on the back. My pizza was delicious even as leftovers, good job dominos on Dobson! Read more
I love this place, the employees are so fast and considerate. I don?t mind if my pizza comes out a little wonky when they serve... me with a good attitude. I feel so bad when these rude customers come in screaming and yelling at them. I watched a guy come intoday and yelled at the cashier for not having coke. She even tried to get the manager to help but he threw stuff at her beforestorming out of the store. These pizza makers are always hard at work when I come in! Read more
Gave my pizza to someone else. Offered to remake mine, after I waited 35min for a pick up order. In a rush couldnt wait longer.... Plus the pizza that they swapped was over charged. Charged my card $18 when they have an active coupon for 50% off any pizza.Now have to wait days for a refund? For the website to not apply the best coupon is complete trash and HOPING you do not pickthe right coupon to make more.....This happened today to my at the 7th st location, she got a 20% of coupon when the 50% wasavailable!.The only good news is the other customer got the coupon so instead of $18, paid $9. Ordering thru the app and it gave me a message that my order couldn?t process. So I called the store as it told me to call and... they said they can?t see my order and that there was nothing they could do about it. I?ve been charged twice. The driver came and left back to the store saying that my address isn't correct. I called the store couple of times, while... waiting for the food for hours. The store doesn't even have courtesy to call me back, when the delivery driver went back to thestore. When I called the store again (for the last time), the lady was screaming at me about the address instead of apologizingto me for not delivering my pizza. So, if they can't find the address, you just lost your order. Lost my order ($25+). Who knowsthey may be spitting on the food with such attitude. I already paid through credit card. Domino's has shamelessly charged mycard, saying that the pizza is already delivered. Enjoy the tips. If I could, I would have given negative rating. Wrote offDomino's for good. Shame on you. Read more
