It's not too often that I leave a 5-star rating across the board. This eatery checks all the boxes. The food is of very good... quality and has a "made at home" vibe. The fried potatoes that frequently come as a side are wonderful. The staff is great andthey all seem to enjoy their workplace. The windows on two sides allow lots of light. You feel good after eating here. Highlyrecommended! Read more

Service was good with Blanca today. The Tamale Breakfast was tasty and unique. The pancake was huge! Try the Chicken Fried... Chicken, it's not average by any means. Read more

This little country breakfast spot is a must try ! The pancakes are huge , like pizza sized. The food is delicious, and very... flavourful with generous portions. They have morning mimosa, and even spiked coffee. We will definitely be back. Read more

We went mid-day when it wasn't very busy. Took over 45 minutes to get our food! The kitchen was having serious problems... getting food out of the window, must have been 20+ plates stacked on top of one another. Manager wasn't helping at all. Thehouse potatoes were severely undercooked, basically raw, drowning in oil with no salt or pepper. Eggs Benedict my eggs werecooked well done, no runny yolks whatsoever and almost no hollandaise. Overall a great experience. The portions were enough to split between two people. I had the Lobster and Brie omelette and the... eggs where not dry or overcooked but very light and fluffy. The hollandaise sauce was the right balance to combine all the itemsin the omelette. The side of potatoes with the meal was perfect....like it was cooked in a cast iron skillet. I could taste theflavors from whatever was used to cook them from being seasoned overtime. I also happened to order a pancake which was about aninch thick and 14" wide. Their generous portion of butter made all the difference but in the end it was too much food. The staffwas attentive and watching them interact with other parton's made it felt like I was in a small country dinner as everyone wason a first name basis. Overall the experience, cost and food is worth the trip... Read more

While looking for something new I came across this spot in Mesa. I got the tamale plate which was tasty but u should've gotten a... side of potatoes to go with it, the plate by itself wasn't enough for me personally but the flavor was nice. I love that theywent half and half with the Verde and Ranchero sauce. The "kids" pancake is the size of a Conestoga wagon wheel and came witheggs and bacon for either 6.99 or 7.99. The time between order and food being brought out was a little longer than other placesbut all in all this is a spot to check out. Read more
