Burnt pizza. Not cut at all? wasted my money
This place was the go to pizza spot and my kids always prefer Hungry Howie?s unfortunately they have gone way downhill over the... past year or so. You can?t order delivery online anymore, calling is pointless. You have to double check your order beforeleaving because they will mess it up. For a bonus if it isn?t messed up it?s probably burnt. They use to delivery to our location on a weekly basis, staff even recognized and memorized our order majority of the time. Now... they switched to a foreign answering service that you can hardly understand you when speaking to them. For this reason aloneHungry Howies will no longer receive my business. I wish I could give 0 stars. I called this location on 2 different occasions and every time it has been an AWFUL experience.... About a month ago I called this restaurant to order pizzas and bread sticks and a soda the entire order was about $35 and Iasked for delivery and the guy on the phone told me I needed to leave a tip for the driver prior to delivery because if I didn?tleave a tip ahead of delivery the driver would not deliver I said no and canceled my order. Tonight I tried to order 4 1toppingpizzas and nothing else and said I would be in to pick up my order the guy tried to charge me $71 I said no because that isn?teven the cost of 4 pizzas the pizzas are $11.99 each and I know that doesn?t equal $71. I asked the guy to check the computeragain and said that doesn?t equal the cost and the guy on the phone hung up on me. Do yourself a favor DON?T order from thisrestaurant and go anywhere else. As a customer you should have the right to wait to tip A delivery driver after they show upwith your food a tip is not something that is required. A tip is for a job well done. As a customer you shouldn?t be hung up onand lied to about a price of your order. This restaurant needs to learn better customer service skills and treat there customerswith respect. Read more

I have been going to this hungry howies located on crismon rd n southern in mesa for years. I tend to order pizzas for my kids 3... times a week on avarage. Today that stops.i visited this location today 2-11-2019 @ 11:34 I found at least 6 hairs on my pizzaslice. That is so gross, it made my stomach very weak n upset. I called the shift manager who was also the cook of my pizza. Hestated his name was michael. Michael was very rude, unapologetic and told me there's worse things happening in the world. Thenerve of this guy who claims to be a professional food manager was anything but. To top it all off he and his coworker laugh atme n my complaint. I'm hoping the owner or general manager see's this and cares enough of their customer to make things right.Michael is not good for business. I'm still disgusted. Update 02-15-19 somebody else is posting fake reviews on here. Theystole my picture n my name to write a fake review yesterday feb 14, 2019, it is illegal to use my picture n name withoutpermission. U do not have my permission. I will get in touch with Google. If i see the fake review by next week I will proceedwith a copyright lawsuit. First time buyer and very disappointed. I couldn?t even taste the pizza because it was so burnt!!!
