We were brought here by some friends, and it was around midnight. The location has several guests, and once you were in your... seats it was good. However, the entry service (i.e., host/hostess - waiting to get seated) was poor; several people, includingus, were stuck waiting at the front door and went looking for someone before we were seated. Server was nice but didn?t check in, my kid had an empty cup for most of the meal. Waited awhile just to check out, I had to... flag one of the other waitresses down. They said they didn?t have candy corn for the Halloween pancakes which was disappointingfor the kids, but ok. But they brought them out and they looked absolutely terrible. I wouldn?t have allowed that to leave mykitchen and I sure as hell wouldn?t have served that. Kids were very let down. Read more
It?s been a while since we came here. Now I remembered why; I got the Split decision breakfast with their new cold brew coffee.... The bacon is underdone, not fully cooked nor crispy, the French toast needs more flavor, no powdered sugar or cinnamon to it. Isubstituted hash browns instead of pancakes, it has good flavor but needs to be cooked more. The iced coffee have more creamthan coffee, made me nauseous. My husband got the chicken fried steak, it was really good. It has good flavor to it. He said thecoffee is not bad. Read more
The waitress was very sweet but not the hostess. The food used to be good years ago. The food we got this this time was not good... at all, it was not fully cooked, the avocado was dark and there was a bug on one of the plates, so disappointing. Read more
Our waitress was wonderful, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and as my fiance pointed out "looks just like the... picture" and our meals both looked picture perfect. And this was literally right after we left Dennys basically after walkingin and right back out after a few min of no one seating us, so it was super refreshing and really great to see a large chaindiner doing it right in terms of food quality and customer service. Like everyone else if I could give this place a Zero I would. We decided to come here Halloween (Sunday) morning, it?s busy I... get that. Then to find out half the dining area is servers in training; why would you train employees on one of the busiest daysof the week? Then to wait over an hour for the food, watching tables who ordered after us get their food before us. After anhour of waiting the waitress says there are still three tickets ahead of us, I told her that we will just pay for our drinks andleave. She went to the back and some how by a miracle our food was being prepared. Another 15 minutes of waiting only half thefood comes out? just the simple things though. Another 10 minutes of waiting my pancakes finally come out?.undercooked.They werestill gooey; I wish my pictures did it more justice. The ?Buttered Toast? was barely toasted and has no butter. Unfortunatelyhave to pay for food I?m not going to eat. Top that off as we are leaving, I hear a lady complaining that half her Togo orderwas not in her bag. I Believe the issue was short of staff. Incoming counter Person for seating. Wasn't present. Had to wait in a WAITRESS to come... acknowledge my party of 3. Once we sat down service got better. Waitress brought drinks out immediately. Took our order, foodcame out fast. Cooked to order and was delicious ???? Read more
