Our new favorite place to eat. We will be booking our next birthday party there. We ate without any worries for the first time... since being diagnosed with dietary restrictions. The owner and their daughter were there and the explained about their intentionto pick better foods that also taste better. Wow I wish I could rate the food more stars!! I had the wonderful experience today of finding this hidden gem! My son has all sorts of food allergies and it?s been very... challenging to find a place to eat as a family that will be safe and healthy for him. Today I found it at IF Cafe. I just movedhere from Massachusetts and there are not a lot of allergy friendly places back in Mass. Lisa the owner was absolutely amazing!She was super friendly and talked with us, genuinely wanting to get to know us and our story. We felt so welcomed and the placeis adorable! What a phenomenal experience we had at intentional foods. Our our sons have food allergies so it is very challenging to eat out... and feel safe. Our meals were not only safe but completely delicious! The french fries were out of this world, loved the Caesarsalad, chicken salad, and hacienda bowls. And oh the desserts! From cookies and cupcakes to donuts, everything we tried was outof this world. Thank you so much for creating a delicious and safe restaurant! I would love to see these nationwide.(we plannedour trip to Arizona based on this restaurant as it is the only one we know of in the United States that is free from the topnine allergens). Read more

So happy we found Intentional Foods. Our daughter is celiac so we were excited to try a place where she could get anything on... the menu. She got the BLAT without avocado. My husband got the chicken salad square and I got the island inspire pulled pork andcabbage. They were all really good! We got some deserts to go. We will for sure be back!! Read more
Ned and Lisa deserve 10 stars for their amazing food! The delicious factor is out of this world, not to mention their incredible... customer service. I seriously can't eat here enough; I crave their meals - so healthy and such perfect combos of ingredients.And the baked goods? WOW. The churro donut is a must, but literally everything I've tried has been excellent. I think it's keyto note that my husband, who has zero food allergies, also loves this place and quite genuinely chooses it over other diningoptions, so don't let the allergy free part of it stop you from dining here if you don't have food allergies. We live in Central Phoenix, but have been wanting to try IF for awhile ever since we heard about their allergen free kitchen and... my nut, dairy, soy, and egg allergies! Since my husband and I had the day off, we decided to make the trek out there to finallytry it. I had the Hacienda Hash bowl and it was absolutely delicious! My husband enjoyed his meal as well, the slow roasted porkand cabbage plate. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again and try the other menu items soon! Goodthing to note, they do not allow any outside food or drink in their restaurant which is absolutely understandable as they wantto avoid any cross contamination.
