If I could give 10 stars I would. I walked in, hungry as can be, dinner rush, line backed to the door, and yet the crew,... Brooklyn, Alexis, and Jordan (they were so bomb I had to get their names) handled it like calm, cool professionals, and werestill some of the kindest individuals to each customer in the building despite the pressure. They acted in a efficient manner,had fun and took notice to customers needs, and supplied THE top notch sub. staff here is one of a kind . I believe management did a good job in hiring process and they should be very grateful to have... great employees . I mostly come in the mornings and chat it but during the lunch rush they seem to keep their cool which isimpressive because sometimes the rush is overwhelming to me and all im doing is ordering sandwhichs. The only reason it has 2 stars is for the actual food. The girl working knew my order but waited almost 10 minutes just to start... it. She had ample time but apparently decided it didn?t need to get started for that 10ish minutes. Not my first time butDefinitely the last time I go to this location. Read more
