What is wrong with the spice/outside? It was tasteless and gross! Chicken was good/juicy but the crust was awful. Ordered pot... pies, they were out so had to get the bowls. Meal was supposed to come with cookies, we didn't get them. Soooo disappointed,ended up throung out most of it. What happened?? Read more
Drive thru line was 15 cars deep and not moving. Decided to go in and place order. No line to place order but took 10 min for... someone to take my order. Other customers were waiting for orders, orders were getting mixed up. Overheard from the drive thruemployee that they were out of Mac and cheese bowls or something. Drive thru was fast but they messed up on the order so went back and got awesome customer service from sorry if i spell your... name wrong... Chicken was good, but they out of root beer and I ordered the Sierra Mist and I told the guy that at another KFC I had ordered... Sierra Mist and all I got was carbonated water. He assured me he knew it was good because it was bubbly. I didn?t taste ituntil I got home and it needs syrup and syrup doesn?t bubble. I did suggest that he taste it and he chose not to. I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't expect alot from fast food, but this location is ridiculous! I ordered the Nashville... hot tenders meal and we were asked to pull forward. The person in front of us was waiting aswell. 10 min go by, the person infront of us left without their food. Then another person was in the same situation as us waiting outside. About 5 people whereinside also waiting. Another 10 min go by and new people at the window where getting food. The person waiting behind me left.Then we went in to see where our order was. The manager who took our order asked us multiple times what we got. An hour later wereceived or meal that we paid $12 for and it was cold chicken tenders with a drizzle of a hardend grainy sause.
