First off this review is a bit biased as of the fact that at the time of writing this, mvpita offers a gyro for $5 Monday and... Tuesdays. And you get a sizable gyro as well not to mention that it slaps in the flavor department. Amazing value and great gyrois really hard to be unsatisfied. Not to mention the gyro has a more fresh taste to it all as not many places are able to pullthat off. Unfortunately though that is all I have eaten but for lunch it's hard to beat. The food is always great. Took some buddies who had not really had Mediterranean cuisine and they liked it. It's a hit! ????
"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from RESTAURANT MANAGER" 4/22/22 Adding new review which in my humble opinion give this restaurant... (negative 5 stars)!! Customer service lacking!! Gave them another chance and placed order for 2 soups, beef kabob plate & 2protein plate, along with large taboleh salad. I received 1 soup, half salad, and both beef kabob plates were substituted withchicken and. 2 small beef kefta. When I called the restaurant..I spoke w/Christian(who claimed to be manager). He looks andsays yes...i yes, where an error occurred--- my employee entered wrong info into computer. Then instead of correcting theirmistake... He goes about trying to talk down to me. Then after arguing for few minutes he says he can give me a credit formissing items & wrong ordered plates ...to be used at his restaurant. When I told him that was not what I wanted but a credit onmy credit card...he said no!! I told him I didn't want credit for his restaurant, because I wouldn't order from them again. Hisreply was --WHY SHOULD I GIVE YOU A CREDIT, IF YOU'RE NOT ORDERING HERE AGAIN??... To which I replied it's the right thing todo, and you should correct and satisfy customers, even if they don't come back!! I told him I would give them a review theytruly deserve.!! FREEDOM SPEECH CHRISTIAN... That's what our country is built on. I hope you choke on the $62... You obviouslyneed it more. Have to update my review on one of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants. Either have new management or newcook... Portions of plates definitely gotten smaller while pricer have gotten higher. I.E.- kabob plate was awesome!! Hugepieces of kabob steak w/rice... Now small pieces of beef. Picture has even been taken down of site!! Maybe if your portionschange to fit $$... I'll give you 5stats again. In mean time... I'm eating elsewhere ?? Delicious! First time and I loved it! They have a great deal, gyros on Mon & Tues only $5. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly... cooked. I did take out but walked around and everything was clean, super cute dining area. I will be back and can?t wait to trymore items on the menu! Read more
I have been going here for quite a few years and have always got the chicken swarm a plate and never had a problem until... tonight. We ordered 3 chicken swarm plates and all 3 of them were mostly dark meat which we do not eat and it's supposed to bewhite meat and it was so full of fat it wasn't even edible. MVPita Mediterranean Grill has outstanding customer service. I ordered the MVP 2 Protein Combo Plate with gyro meat and lamb... kebab meat. The gyro meat was good, but the lamb kebab meat was tough/overcooked. The flavors of both meats were good, I justhad an issue with the texture of the kebab meat. Hubby and I decided to try MV Pita this afternoon. This was our first visit and the gentleman behind the counter explained... everything to me (answering my questions). He was patient and nice. Hubby ordered the chicken shawarma pita and I ordered thesteak pita with lightly cooked fries. Delicious! The fries were cooked exactly the way I like them! The steak was tender andtasty. The food here is delicious. I stumbled upon it just a few moments ago for the first time. It is clearly made and served with... love, both back in the kitchen, and out front at the counter. Like ya know how your Mom or Grandma made a sandwich and you'd tryto duplicate it but their's was just way better?? That's this place. Way better. Read more
