Alon H. Provided the worst service we have received in along time!! From the time we where seated it took 15 minutes to ask us... what we wanted to drink.. We where understanding as she seemed to be the only server for 4 tables.. From there it became not gotworse.. she left our drinks empty for over half the time we sat at the table? she forgot multiple times to bring thwe asked for multiple times.. After waiting for her to come around to our table before we where finished eating I asked for the bill and aTogo box as we figured it would be awhile? she had come by 3 more times not bringing either to the table.. then I asked againwe?ll after we been done eating.. She said she forgot went to get it? came back with another tables check and gave them a box?she stated oh I just gave them your box and started to turn to the table behind us? I asked her vary directly for our check anda box as it was ridiculous. At this time she became vary rude towards me!! When she came back with the check we needed to splitthe bill and she snatched everything as stated I?ll have to figure this out vary rudely and walked away!!! We can appreciatebeing busy and not having enough staff.. BUT this absolutely does not give you the excuse to be so rude to customers who wherebeing way more understanding than they ever should have had to be!!!! Food was good. We ate in the bar and she was excellent with service.
Always a pleasure to eat here, the French onion soup and blooming onions are the reasons I come. Steak is steak, very tasty and... always great staff. Even had some issues and the staff and mangers were very accommodating. Read more
I ordered for a curbside pick up, and we?re supposed to give our car description when ordering. They gave my $100 order to some... random person went in and saw my name on the receipt taped/stapled to the bag. They offered for me to get a refund or to havethem make another meal. I asked them to re-make me my meal because I didn?t want to have to go anywhere else. All I got was a?Sorry? *shrug*. They didn?t give us the mashed potatoes we ordered, and I asked for a certain ingredient left off of my salad,which they did still include. Was pretty good experience. Haven't been to an Outback in a bit and was wanting some crab legs with the Victoria fillet, but... turns out... no crab on the menu for years now! Had to make due with some medium sized lobster tails. Somehow compiled 5 steakknives before the steak tho ???? Read more
The overall experience could have been better. The food was good and filling however it is in the more expensive side of... restaurants so plan on spending a good amount of money. 30$ easily. The salad croutons were heavily spiced which off balancedthe salad as a whole. The steak was undercooked and we had to send it back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was okay. Both of our steaks were cooked longer than we would've liked, and nothing really stood out as being really good.... Nothing bad, but nothing particularly good. My shrimp and my wife's Mac were barely lukewarm. Wasn't worth the money! Read more
I ordered one entrée salad to go I asked for no bacon bc I don't consume pork and they put bacon on it. They didn't even give... me dressing for the salad and I asked for extra. Thanks for doing everything in your power to make my meal awful and waste mytime and money. Read more
