Wasn't busy, seated right away but weren't greeted for 10 min. I can't stand that. Kenneth maybe, never said his name but did... turn it around for the remainder of our visit. The honey chicken was very good, had to take back the rib since it was cold andfatty. Replaced by the Mongolian beef which mine as well been a salt lick. The plates were greasy with finger prints and sat ina booth with the windowsills that hadn't been cleaned off in months. Management didn't bother to come out and apologize for thefood. Support your local business but get it together PF Management! You're not selling cheap cuisine. Read more
Worst service I have ever experienced. It took 40 minutes for me to get the correct drink, and for my brother to receive his... drink. Phad Thai was gross. This was the worst phad Thai I have ever had. Food took just over an hour to come out. Most likelywill not come to this place again. I would definitely recommend only buying the frozen bags of PF Chang’s from the grocery andskipping the restaurant! Read more
Had a wonderful experience at Chang's. Came in without reservation at around 4 pm and was seated in 5-10 minutes. We started off... with appetizer of their flavorful plate of pork ribs followed by entree of Honey Crispy chicken and white rice. The crispychicken was absolutely tremendous, crunchy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The sauce was perfect as it trulytasted like biting into an orange. Was great! Our server Ryan also created to the excellent experience with his A1 assistance.Have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Ample off street parking with handicap access as well. Read more
It could’ve been better. I didn’t like some things like the duck wasn’t crispy at all, the vegetables didn’t look fresh... and it’s plating was super greasy and you could see fingerprints in it . Also the wagyu dumplings are not my favorite inflavor and the shape made it a bit awkward to eat. The service was nice but wasn’t as attentive. Nice presentation of thesushi though, and good flavor but poorly assembled they would come apart very easily making it hard to eat. I’ve been to thePF Chang’s in Las Vegas and had high expectations when I came to this one but the overall experience was underwhelming and notexactly what I was hoping for. Read more
My first P.F. Chang's experience, and I was very pleased. Friday late afternoon dinner at 4:30pm and we beat the rush at 5pm.... Always a good sign to see a crowd at a new place. Ethan was our server, and he crushed it. Eleven year veteran there, and heoffered whatever we wanted cooked. If they had the ingredients, it was available. We ordered three dinners off the menu, anddespite a sauce too spicy for ones taste, or slight misunderstanding on an order or my mango tea that wasn't that mangoey for mytaste, did not deter a Five (5) Star experience. The sweet and sour pork my friend had was demolished in no time. My orangechicken was delicious, and I took home a nice portion as it was so filling, and flavorful. My other friend had salt and pepperprawns that were great as well. We started with the calamari and it was the best I ever had. Try it, just you'll see! Awesometo the pallet. Can't say enough about the very comfortable booths they had, and extraordinary ambiance to make the experienceall that much more memorable. I would be remiss to not mention the cleanliness of the facilities, and operational faucets,always a plus. Overall restaurant appearance was super, with smiling hosts to seat you. To boot, Ethan was one of the bestwaiters I've ever had service a meal. Way up their on knowledge, personality, and he made it an even more enjoyable mnight out,then we could imagine with his candor. Ordered soo much food. All except the salt and pepper shrimp was overcooked and dry. Was just awful. Seriously tasted like it... was leftover food.. especially the steak. For $27… rather have a ribeye somewhere else. Fed the steak to my dogs. Was such adisappointment. I haven’t had PF CHANGS for a long time. Now I remember why I stopped going. Our order was over $150. Notworth $20. Not going back again. At least my dogs enjoyed it. BAD! Read more
Totally fantastic! An exceptional environment and amazing food. Comfortable seating with a choice of table or booth. Fast and... friendly customer service. Big drink menu with many alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Food was hot and fresh. Exceptionalgreen beans spiced just right with chili and garlic. Delicious soup. Very much recommended! Read more
Today I orders the Gluten Free Pad Thai with Shrimp! Definitely recommend this dish! It was fresh amazing and delicious. Ordered... from the app and everything was perfect.
