Obviously they make too much money and don?t need the business. Opened ant 11:00am on a Saturday. Got there at 11:00am and stood... by the door. Workers just ignore you. Called and don?t even answer the phone. Called again and the lady said they are low staffand can?t open the doors yet. Maybe put a sign on the door or someone should at least say something to the people standingoutside the door. Extremely bad customer service. Guess the staff makes up their own hours instead of the company? Calledanother location and went there. Read more
My first dish was subpar but the manager was kind enough to have a whole new pan made, agreed to replace it at no cost with a... smile on his face, and brought it to the table for me himself. That's the kind of service I appreciate. Keep it up! Read more
It's always been good food here. Panda serving sizes, always worth what you pay for. Great food and serving staff.
Went in to order my usual teriyaki bowl and Rangoons. Got to the shop and discovered I didn't get my rangoons, but got egg... rolls instead. I do not like egg rolls. I tried calling the store and got a prerecorded message to go to some website. Sohere I am. Since Panda Express puts such a low priority on customer service, I am sure they won't mind this went as a Googlereview, they probably won't ever see it anyway. Read more

I?ve always enjoy their honey walnut shrimp. I tried their new menu for crispy almond chicken breast, i cant rate it properly... since they served me burnt crispy almond chicken breast. If you over cook something, please don?t serve it to customers. Wedeserve better. Read more
11/16 was my 3rd visit in 4 months to this establishment. Every single time has been a disappointment and a call to complain.... Tonight 11/17, my 4th visit was for them to replace my 2 dinners from last night. I will never eat there again. My cooking isbetter and less hassle. Read more
