Items were delivered without the two 2 liter sodas. The delivery guy went to pick it up and came back with only one 2 liter. I... just said thanks and let it go. I didn't call in and get a refund because in the past the refund never posts to my account and Iend up "eating" it anyway. Read more
Never again will I order from Pizza Hut. Ordered through my app for delivery at 6:00 PM for babysitter and kids. Delivery was... attempted at 5:24 PM as verified by my doorbell camera and of course no one was home yet. After trying to call the location 10times and not being able to get ahold of anyone I sent my babysitter and kids down there to sort it out. The manager was rudeand could not locate our order. Even when presented with the email confirmation and order number he said "the delivery guy musthave ate it", and told her that she would have to wait for a refund because they were so busy. I'll be ordering from Domino'sfrom now on and suggest you do too. Read more
I used to order from this location once or twice a week, but for a very long time now, it's clear that they stopped caring. I'm... not sure if it was a change in staff or in management but pizzas are always late, poorly made, and not worth the price. You'd bebetter off slapping a fiver down at Little Caesar's, where at least you know what you're in for. Read more

There is absolutely no way to contact this store if something is wrong with your order. Like, for instance, not delivering your... food. Call center after call center. "Would you like a refund?" No, I want the food that I paid for. If you do end up making thedrive to the store to voice your complaint and try to fix the situation, the workers will stare at you like they have absolutelynothing between their ears and not let you in. A mistake can be acceptable, but multiple in one order just shows laziness. Ordered four drinks and the driver came with none.... Ordered wings and received no ranch. Ordered a cookie, and it's not even cut (see picture). Update on 3/7: my boyfriend isactually considering making us move so we can get delivery from a different Pizza hut. Cookie is not cut again (see picture),and again no ranch even though we gave the driver $2 cash for it and he said it was in the box. However, they did apply a creditfor the mistakes from the previous order to this one, and will again give us a credit in the future for the mistakes in thisorder. This location uses Door Dash to deliver their pizzas. Again tonight, the pizza was cold. The store apologizes, but it continues... to happen. This is the 3rd bad experience. So long, Pizza Hut. Read more
