This is by far the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. I don't eat here but order togo for my son who likes it. I... always order online for 'now' and when I go 20 min. Later they still don't have it ready. And forget about having 1 of the 15employees walking around help anyone. The management is a joke. Also the drink machine seems to always be out of everything. Last time we asked for more sweet tea & manager said we don't have sweet tea...we said you do here it's just empty. He said,oh...well it will take another 5 min to make. I asked for #1 classic sandwich combo no pickles. Order was processed correctly. But I guess my order was too complex for the... kitchen to comprehend. I didn?t even get a straw for my drinks or napkins. This ain?t California? some people need moretraining. Read more
Just went through the drive thru. They asked us to pull forward and park to wait for our food. Which I understand. We ordered... the blackened chicken, 3 piece tenders and popcorn shrimp extra ranch with a large coke and large sweet tea. Little kid comesout with our meal. Missing the popcorn shrimp and ranches. We tasted our drinks. The coke has lemon taste in it and the sweettea tastes like cardboard. We pull back around through the drive thru. We told the 3 people at the window. Then I'm assuming themanager tonight comes to the window and basically calls us liars and takes our food back and touches everything. We asked foreverything to be remade and asked for a different beverage for the tea. Very unprofessional. Especially since we both aremanagers at different food chains. Definitely will not be coming back to this location. Guess the first time is the last time.What a shame. Read more
Absolute worst customer service ever! I've been to this location several times and today I officially decided I'm never going... here again because every single time they are awful! Today I ordered a meal and chose fries as my side. Apparently they are outof fries, and upcharged me on mac and cheese. They also charged me extra on my choice of chicken without telling me. When Italked to the manager and asked her to write off the amount for the fries.... She refused. I feel like they should compensatecustomers if they are short on something ...not charge me extra because I'm getting something that I don't even want in thefirst place. Read more
Lobby coke machine is always out of pretty much all flavors on a weekly basis. I know there is a shortage but other places... don?t seem to be out. Also don?t go close to closing time usually within 45 minutes of closing run out of everything and hoursdon?t match when store actually closes. During daytime supplies are good and food is good. I usually really like Popeyes. Tonight was a frustrating let down. I was so disappointed. I used the mobile app to order the... Chicken Strips and Shrimp combo with fries and a biscuit. When I got there to pick it up I was told it would be about 3 minutesbecause they were waiting for the blackened chicken strips. No problem! I ended up waiting over 10 minutes so when I got homethe shrimp, fries and biscuit were cold. Cold fries are disgusting!! Then I saw a sorry excuse for blackened chicken strips (seeattached pic). They were so small, they fit in the palm of my hand. So I had to get out the measuring tape. They were only 3.5inches. The chicken strips were tiny, most of my food was cold, I didn't get the correct sauces and I had to wait 10 minutes.Utterly disappointed!! Read more
Totally disappointed! I ordered 8 pieces, mild, dark. I got 9 pieces, 3 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 wings. All the... pieces are tiny! It is dry and overcooked. The skin is greasy but the chicken meat is dry. I usually love Popeye's chicken, butif they've slid this far I won't be back. Does this look like you'd want to eat it? Read more
Guy at the register mumbles, can't understand him or why management would put him there. Fries were cold. Mumbles says rest the... sandwich and he'll get the fries out in 5 minutes. $8 for a skinny piece of chicken between two over mayonnaised buns, coldfries, and a soda. Great for employees making more money now, maybe the service could reflect it!! Never go to this location.Hell the pickles were almost the same size as the chicken. Read more
