Terrible customer service! I placed my online order at 6:45pm. It said it would be delivered by 7:37pm. At 7:50pm, I called the... restaurant to find out the status. The woman who answered was extremely rude and informed me that my order had been canceled. Idid not receive any notification of this and her reasoning was "because the cooks were too tired". After I asked why I didn'tget a notification, she said "oh well, what ya going to do?". This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, but mywife and I were excited to try a new place that looked like it would have good food. Since the woman (who I found out is theowner) doesn't respect her customers, I definitely would not recommend going here. Read more
The family LOVES this restaurant. We meet (only 3 of us) for birthdays, etc. The food is simply delicious! The service excellent... and the atmosphere homey. They even modified a dish for me when I didn?t see my favorite (from living in CA) on the menu. Hadoverheard and asked what it was. I gave the specifics and bing-bang the dish appeared in front of me! Marvelous! Decent prices,great service, fantastic food! What more could you want? Highly recommend! Read more
We have driven by this charming restaurant several times but it always looked empty, well that's because it was, they are only... open for dinner, so after reading several reviews we thought we'd visit tonight. The menu is very extensive, they have somethingfor everyone. After visiting Italy 2 years ago, we knew what authentic Italian food was like and Roma's certainly did notdisappoint. The food was very good and fresh, the service was outstanding, we have found our new family owned, Italianrestaurant. I would highly recommend a visit for some great, authentic Italian food. Went here on a whim and thank goodness we did! From the service to the food, it was all great! The prices were extremely... reasonable for the portion sizes, which by the way are good sized. Restaurant was small, clean, walls lined with photos of thefamily through the years along with achievements. Lucky to find such a gem in east Mesa far better than the national chain! Read more

The Calamari, Rissotto and Tiramisu were absolutely delicious! My family felt very looked after by the owners of the restaurant,... and there son Marco served us extremely well. In all honesty, I forgot I was in Arizona and thought in Italy whilst I ate. Ihighly recommend this place for proper Italian food and ambience! Read more
Cafe Roma was/is out favorite restaurant in all of Arizona. Used too eat there often. Due to Covid and other issues we?ve dinned... out rarely. Wanted to cry when read they had retired.
