Guy running the register seemed annoyed at our presence and snapped the payment out my girlfriend?s hand. More importantly,... however, we ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave us tots and still charged us for the mozzarella sticks. It?s still a sonicand the dude might?ve been having a bad night, so I?ll give it two stars, but no fried cheese like we payed for, is messed up. Iwant mozzarella sticks, I payed for mozzarella sticks, and this tot substitute ain?t gonna cut it. And do you know what I haveto dip them in? Marinara sauce, the very sauce that should be coating my fried cheese sticks right now. So every bite is areminder of what could have been. I hate it here :( This location is closest to my house and I like to get quick drinks. But they aren't quick! My order has been... wrong and delayed on multiple occasions. I'm actually hesitant to order now, and that sucks. Read more
The place has some friendly staff for sure. They are also fairly fast getting the orders out. However, if you want things to go,... super quickly, order online. Rarely are they out of an ingredient or have mechanical failures with their machines. This is agreat location. Their soft pretzels are to die for! Read more
Should have 0 stars. Should also remove all the stalls because this location is only drive through. Also very slow because... everyone has to wait in the drive thru behind food orders when you just want a drink. Read more
I waited 20 minutes for an online order, had to go thru the drive thru to get their attention. Finally gave me my 6 slushy in... the most awkward way. They way they started them was so bad that when I made a simple turn, they started to fall. And then allof them are on the floor. I went back and all they did was give me some paper towels. No sorry, no acknowledgment that anythinghappened. Spent 30 minutes in their parking lot cleaning it up. I lost money, have to clean my car, and no drinks for my family.If there was at least a sorry, that would be nice. But this is what you get from a big company. Okay so we've lived in this area for years and never really had good experiences at this location. Well we went the other day... and it was easily the fastest and nicest interaction we have ever had there. They did forget something on a large order howeverthe manager immediately reached out to me to fix it. Kudos to you guys. Read more
Got a large order of cheese tots, they?re burnt and lol where?s the cheese. Gross. We also got two shakes, one fudge and one... strawberry and both tasted and looked like vanilla. Read more
Made a mobile order for one drink and showed up almost 10 minutes after to pick it up still had to wait and extra 10 mins before... they brought it out and there was no one else in any stalls. service is definitely slow. Read more
