Went to this location on a wednesday morning. It wasn't busy, tables were filthy . The two girls behind the counter kept talking... while they could have been out cleaning the tables. I mean, they were getting paid... I could see if there had just been a lunchrush and they haven't had a chance to do a table check, but they were standing there talking while cleaning could have takenplace. The customer service was the worst I've had ever going to Starbucks. I go everyday to another location right down the street. I... saw the holiday sign showing that if you buy a holiday drink it was buy one get one free. I ordered 2 of them and when I washanded my receipt they charged me for 2. I brought it up to the employee and he said sorry he couldn't do anything. He saidbecause I didn't mention "toasted" white chocolate instead of me saying white chocolate that it did not apply and was unwillingto change it or give me a refund. Happy Sunday! So I was shopping at Safeway and decided to get a cup of coffee here at Starbucks. Female was making someone's... order, so I stood there just looking at her... Waiting. NO Acknowledgement. NO I will be with you. Nothing. Then she leaves herstation and so I just left. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Poor customer service.
