This is probably one of the worst Subways I've ever been to. I have given them multiple opportunities to prove me wrong but... today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I walked in and it's easily 90 degrees inside the store. The cheese is sweatingin the case and melting in others. The meat I'm sure has been affected the same way. Their solution to the AC problem is tothrow a floor fan on the counter next to the ovens and push around hot air. If they're not out of a certain item, then itappears that something takes its place. Everytime I go in the afican american women is rude has an attitude. Today I was the only one in the store. She was very rude... and tells me I should probably go somewhere else she can't take my order for a half hour because she has Uber orders to do. I have an emotional support dog less than 5 lbs. never had a problem, ANYWHERE to take her into a subway, McDonald?s, any... restaurant at the Chandler Fashion Center, Arizona Mill Mall or Tempe Marketplace. It wasn?t 10 seconds until the worker saidshe cannot serve me when the dog is inside (on my hands not touching nothing). I said I cannot leave her in the Arizona heat inthe car 109F. She still refused to serve me. Needless to say when I left without being served, that there is no sign on the doorof this subway that dogs are not allowed. Their neighbors on Dobson Rd have a sign that assistance animals are welcomed. Just ashame that this is even a problem in the Arizona heat. Read more
The sandwiches were fine, I guess. I am pretty disappointed that they got basically every other part of my order wrong. I?ve had... a rough week and just wanted to treat myself, since I had a coupon code for their app. I just wanted a vitamin water and 2cookies (raspberry cheesecake, it?s my favorite) with my sandwich, but I got regular water (that I payed extra for?!?) and whitechocolate macadamia cookies. I?m not severely allergic to nuts, but I do not like them, and will generally avoid anything thatcontains whole nut pieces in them, so this literally the only cookie they could have given me that I won?t even eat. I mean, ifyou aren?t going to give me the one I ordered, at least give me a plain chocolate chip. Read more
This subway is my life saver. When I?m hungry between work and school but I?m looking to eat cheap but still healthy, SUBWAY! I... usually grab the 6 in daily special or whatever promo they have at the time. My subs are always fresh and tasty. Never short ontoppings and always just the way I like it. Literally not a soul in site...found out why really fast. The worker there was very rude and had a attitude the whole way... through. Felt bad for the coworker...looked like she was being bullied!!
