Ordered doordash twice, and twice they didn't add hot sauce even though it's right on the receipt on the bag. Hopefully these... employees get treated to the same quality of service wherever they go. I won't have this issue again, since I won't ever orderhere again. Read more

Tried several times to order online for a special offer and not matter how many times I tried, it didn't let me. Went in person... showed them I was not able to place order and asked if they will honor the online price and even though the employee tried andsaw on my phone no button to submit order they wanted me to then download the app, log in, do this, do that, I just left. Willnever go back. Came to Sol Azteca and got better quality and flavorful tacos. No wonder they have less than 4 rating. Read more
You order and pay for extra meat and cheese and when presented with the order it has less of each. Should be zero. This... afternoon shift does not deserve even 1 point. Ordered 5-6pm. I cannot stand employees that do not take pride of what they aredoing. They don't take pride in themselves. They certainly would not work for me. Every time I come to this store no matter what time of day or even what day it is I get extra sauce on my quesadilla and... burritos and they always charge me for it but then they don?t put any on the food and the receipts say extra sauce for whateveramount but I take a bite and there?s never any sauce and I hate paying the extra money to have them take it off completely. Taco bell has a new location here on Signal Butte, the drive through is friendly and fast! I also love that they have a new... breakfast menu- its both affordable and tasty- highly recommend this location! Read more
This location is filthy..nasty looking floors and counters. Stinky sour mops. Bathrooms hideous. For a fairly new store this lol... ovation gives taco bell a bad name. Not to mention the unprofessional staff who talk to customers as if they are mutts. Boo boo boooo. And shame on you Mr. Boone Read more
