We love Habit but are losing that love very quickly, the last three or four times we have been to this location our food has... been less than desirable. I ordered two 10 piece chicken tenders and a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun warmed up orcooked. The chicken has been over cooked to the point of being rock hard. The grilled chicken has been over cooked or old one orthe other. The lettuce on my grilled chicken sandwich, well I?ll let you be the judge?. Update?. Last night we thought we?dgive it another attempt to see if things were fixed. I ordered online, one crispy chicken sandwich, one onion ring, one sweetpotato fries, two 10 piece chicken tenders. Arrived to pick up and forgot to order drinks, the gentleman said don?t worry aboutit and gave them to me for free. There was a bag for my food on the counter, about fifteen minutes goes by of watching peoplejoke and good around while work they looked like they were having fun. A gentleman in a red shirt walks over and grabs the bag,I thought to myself awesome my foods about ready. He looks at the cooks, they look at him all smiling and talking to each otheron their headsets. All of the sudden my phone chimes with a message from habit. FOODS READY!!! The gentleman in the red shirtattempts to be discreet and put tape on the bag to close it. But wait they never put anything in the bag In front of me?.. so Iopen the bag, it?s all cold and has been sitting there the entire time I?ve been waiting. Would have been five stars but when the burger first came out the bun was as hard as a piece of wood. I don't like taking things... back but I did. To their credit they made a whole new burger and fresh fries for me very quickly! Read more
First time here. Was impressed with the speed of service. Burgers were cooked fresh to order. The fries ???? were Crispy on the... outside with a great texture inside. BBQ sauce was some b of the best I have had at a medium fast food place. Three varietiesof peppers to top off your burger. Plenty of lemons ???? to squeeze into your drink if you want to. ???? I hardly ever want a burger but tonight I felt like having a good one so I hit up The Habit at this location and have never been... so disappointed with them!! I asked for a single charburger and I got this triple meat sandwich, literally covered in mustard. Isaid no pickles but they put pickles and didn?t give me tomato... I live for the tomato. I?m sure a 5 year old could do better,with more passion. Read more
I ordered 2 char burgers with cheese and the only thing I asked for was meat cheese and pickles. I ordered another char burger... with cheese with no mayo or onions in a lettuce wrap and the lettuce didn't even cover the burger . Both my daughter and I arehighly allergic to mushrooms and yet they put them on our burgers along with onions. I asked for no salt on the fries and greenbeans and they added extra. Ordered on the website an bistro impossible burger. Came in person and they were out. Didn?t have many options for except a... veggie burger. I was a little frustrated to say the least. The staff was great however and rose to the occasion. They not onlymade me a great substitution but refunded my money. Thank you to the manager Destiny and Cashier Jordan! First time trying The Habit. They give a free char burger for your birthday. I felt that they put too much mayo on the sour... dough avocado sandwich, and the sweet potato fries were a little over done. There are some unique menu items I will return totry. Read more
I order a Crispy Chicken sandwich and asked to add Avocado which cost me an additional $1.99. When I got home this is what I was... given. This is beyond unacceptable and if I managed this place the cook would be fired immediately. Read more
