Last three times in a row our food order has been messed up. I guess if you go off the norm and make one small modification from... the menu (like extra cheese) it throws everyone off and the whole order is messed up. You would think they could at least prepit the way it reads on the menu but instead you get two completely differently made sandwiches. It now costs $30 for 2 meals,the least they could do is make it right. Read more

Last couple times I went through the drive thru here was very fast and efficient, got the order correct, and the food was fresh.... Only issue I have is that they don't say anything other than your total to pay. No "hello", no "thank you", no "that'severything." This Wendy's is always on key. I drive 2x as far as the other Wendy's off old west highway (Main) to go here and they never... disappoint. Food is always fresh and hot. Perfect food once again thanks! Read more

Stopped in at about 9pm to grab a quick bite b4 we headed out to TX for a week and found this in my cup after the ice melted... about 150mi later. Looks like they grabbed 2 med lids and tried to put it on a large drink, they fell in and someone left it inthere. Highly Unacceptable!! Read more
Food was delivered and was completely wrong. After opening the seal on the bag, we found hair and lipstick on the fries. When... trying to get a refund, I was given multiple different answers from managers and sent on a wild goose chase. Very badexperience, won?t be returning. The night staff needs better guidance and team work. They were arguing while taking orders and serving food. Not the energy or... vibe to make a good meal. We ended up tossing all of the food we purchased shortly after pulling away. We noticed the food wascold and soggy. Read more
