Just an hour outside of Las Vegas is Mesquite NV where there?s an gem called Cafe Rio. This hidden gem has amazing prices for... food. You can get all day breakfast and amazing service. Plenty of parking for handicap easily accessible for anyone. Lots ofslots to play on and plenty of shopping for the ladies. Read more
Stopped by here to try to get a meal with my GF shortly after moving to Mesquite. After getting in a line of only 6 people deep,... and about 10 minutes, we finally were 4 people from ordering. I then stepped on a cockroach ???? This was in line right by thefood area. We let the front counter know to clean it up before we left without ordering. Absolute worst customer service, they didn?t say hello when we came into the door, there was no line and they didn?t say a thing... to us for at least 3-5 minutes as we stood there waiting to give our order. The girl with glasses and guy with a blonde bun wereextremely rude and whispering comments to each other. Definitely the worst service I?ve ever received at a cafe rio. Food was just ok service well I wasn't happy when I asked for cheese was basically asked if I wanted lettuce and picco, myself... and another person asked more than twice for cheese and never got it. Will never go back to that place ever. Read more
This place is a disaster. These employees are stuck up and don?t want to help anyone. I on accident ordered to the wrong... location and the manager told me to have fun on my 5 hour drive towards my food. I then turned to corporate cafe rio where thelady was very nice and said yeah they should have helped you, but let me help you out. I then continued to wait, but the managerrefused to make my food saying that we were scamming them somehow. I had to call customer service again to prove that I reallydid get it figured out. The manager here is one of the meanest people I have ever worked with. Nothing I could do was right, shewas always correct and then while nobody was in the store I waited for my food for 55 minutes and watched her sit there on herphone. Read more
I ordered in car side. They were 25 mins later then the suggested time. I had to call to check on my order. They forgot my drink... which took another 5 mins. I get home and pull out my lunch . It look soggy and un eatable. And tasted how it looked. They didnot give me the sour cream and guacamole i paid for. Very disappointing Read more
Great job today. I had a grilled chicken tostada with queso, black, beans and rice. Usually we also get chips and queso. Our... family loves the queso. Clean restaurant and they moved pretty quickly for as many people that kept coming in. Read more
