The food at this establishment is always great and fresh but.... the employees, especially the women, have the worse attitudes I... have ever dealt with. I say hi they stare at me. I am a customer and I also deliver through Uber and dash, it's clean, fun for kids with the play ground,and you will get descent... food, the problem is customer service, drive thru 10 minutes, inside at least 5 minutes before someone even bothers to noticeyou are standing at the counter, while they all walk past you, see you, and can't be bothered to even say we'll be right withyou.so if you got time you are ok. Decided to try the app. Placed the order. Were supposed to get two free tacos for using the app. Got our order and no free... tacos. The girl behind the counter said it didn't come threw to there screen. Instead of fixing the problem by giving us thetacos it was like oh well. My husband a little annoyed then showed her the receipt from his phone and was told we needed torespect her. So in other words screw the customer. I love del Taco. it is like the absolute best! this particular restaurant has a plumbing problem that just makes the restroom... smell unbelievably foul. the other areas in the restaurant don't smell bad but the bathrooms are just nasty. they're clean theyjust stink horribly. Read more
